Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

When not to submit to ideas:

  1. Currently, a consumer selecting Keller Home Loans on a listing brings you to a page to find a Loan Officer. Agents can select a Preferred Loan Officer in the Agent Portal on kwlends.com. The Loan Officer does not carry over to the Agent Site. Either make the connection between the two platforms or have a selectable field in the Consumer Applet in Command.

  2. Team Account - Client exists in both Personal and Team accounts. Their Personal account is the one associated with (Agent Site Connection) I prefer to only have the contact in the Team account vs the Personal account. What will happen if I delete the contact from the Personal account?   3. When checked off or using filter, In the map and lists it would be nice to show only the new listings uploaded on that day. And/or showing new listings uploaded since the last time a consumer did a search. It would be very useful for consumers searching for property and checking the website everyday.

  4. Just curious, but who are we partnered with to provide the home value price range? It appears to be $30-50k lower than the actual comps in my area?

  5. Add the option to add a address during the site/app registration process. Also allow the Consumer to add a profile if they wish too. Birthday, Home Anniversary, link their own social media accounts, preferred contact method, family members, decision makers, etc...

  7. My idea is to create a client portal for real estate agents, which will allow clients to have access to their transaction details and progress throughout the entire process. Specifically, the portal would enable sellers, buyers, and tenants to view the status of their transactions, upload relevant documents, and communicate with their agents through the portal.

    For example, if an agent is working with a seller, the client portal would show the seller the progress of their sale, including information about potential buyers, offers, and negotiations. The seller could also upload any necessary documents, such as property disclosures or inspection…

  9. The biggest and most often repeated reason clients say they don't use our APP is because they are looking on their phones or iPad and the screen won't rotate to horizontal view. Can we fix this? (I'd like to keep my clients integrated in the APP and with Command)

  10. If a consumer opens the app looking for open houses to go to, they currently only see future open houses rather than ones that are happening right now. That means that as soon as an open house starts, it is no longer visible in our app. Our competitors and our MLS's continue to show the open house until it is over.

  11. Currently, on the Consumer app, there is a section titled, "Local Realy Services Provided By: MC Name", where as MC Name is the local MC who services that area via zip codes. I would like to see that MC reflect the agents MC if a consumer has selected a KW agent.

  14. Can the app have a Refer a Friend option?

    Raving fan is chatting us up about our amazing services. They pull out the app and put in their friends contact details and hit send. That form comes to us, and letting us know who refereed them?

  15. It would be great if our clients could leave a review about us through our mobile app which would feed back into command. Also to have the ability to post it from Kelle to other social media sites.

  16. Houses would generate and as they like a house swipe right, if they don't swipe left. In order to activate that feature maybe they have to register and that way they can go through houses faster and the agent would have a more accurate idea of not only what they like but what they dont like. Also not to mention the data it would collect and how iy would affect accuracy and precision.

  17. Haven't seen this anywhere and Labs suggested that I put it here. The square footage on the app, website, being inputted into command...everywhere...is only showing the AGLA. This is a big deal for clients. They are used to looking at the TFLA. The information is a bit misleading and confusing for clients.

  18. When my Clients open my personalized app, I would like for my listings to show up first. Then scroll neighborhood listings. Or at least when they are searching in the area of my listing, that my listings show up first.

  19. On the Search tab, in List View, when looking at a property there is no way to view a map from this screen. It would be nice to be able to see a map in the photos like Zillow does, and the ability to tap on the address and open a map to see the property location.
