Add Search Criteria (Waterfront, Acreage, County, Basement, 55+, Garages, Exclusives, New Launch, etc.)
It would be helpful to add Fee Simple/ Leasehold and Short Term Rental Allowed to the search criteria.. Thanks

I live/work in an area with a bunch of 55+ communities. My clients need the ability to filter for that criteria.

The ability to apply a parameter for specific acreage size and county to a saved search is critical to my business. I can't even use the Create Saved Search option without it. The Lots/Land checkbox under property type is useless without the ability to specify size since it returns ALL lots/land in a saved search.
Land agents across the country would thank you. -

Add acreage/lot size to the save searches criteria in Contacts. Maybe a bit more criteria would be great as well.

I would like to request two filters both on Consumer App and on the website, but mainly for the website: 1st a filter for Exclusives (it would be wonderful on the website for the customer to be able to filter only by exclusive properties) 2nd New Launches / New Buildings (we will start registering projects on Command and consequently on the website we will need of a filter for properties ready to be launched)

this would help so much. Or having the ability to set up a search for multiple locations. We have people searching in areas that cover multiple counties.

Yes, much of our market is not done on an neighborhood level.

The saved searches do not allow you to search by county which can be ineffective when communicating and narrowing down to the lead the property they may be interested in.

I'm trying to do a practice search on my "app" so I know what it looks like on the consumer side of things. I set up a search, but I am not able to search by "Counties".
I have several people wanting to search for a home in a specific county, such as Rockingham County, VA or Pendleton County, WV. If this specific search were performed, it would search all listings in the county, and eliminate listings within city limits. It just really simplifies the search, so I don't have to type out every single town that is located in a specific county. I would really like to see that as a search option.

Good afternoon, we would like to use Command to set up drips for clients. However, we can't do it by the county. Can you please add that option. It is preventing our team from using Command at a high level.

I'd like to suggest an enhancement to our customer's site that would greatly improve the user experience. Currently, users often search for listings by specifying the name of a condominium, neighborhood, or suite they're interested in. To make this process more efficient and user-friendly, I propose implementing a search and filter feature that allows users to search by these specific criteria.
By enabling users to search and filter by the condominium's name, neighborhood's name, and suite, we can streamline their property search and better cater to their preferences. This enhancement would not only create a more user-friendly experience but also enhance the overall usability of our customer's site. It's a valuable improvement that can help our users find their desired listings more easily, leading to increased customer satisfaction.

many clients are in need of master bedrooms on the first floor and only want to see homes with this feature

We need the capability to search by the number of garages. This is a basic and large characteristic of the vast majority of homes and is a big decision maker maker clients

This will benefit people who are searching homes in a certain county. Will be a large benefit for rural areas and land.

Searching for homes are too limited. Most of my clients are looking to downsize. They want a first floor master. They would like to be able to choose style of home such as Ranch style. Many are looking specifically to live in a 55+ community.
Would you be able to add these options to the search choices.
Also, I would like to be able to set up a search and they connect it to a smart plan to be sent out to my leads.
Such ad a downsizing adv offering a list of all 55+ homes in Hartford county.

Right now, it is now possible to search for senior properties (55 and over) via the idx. This would be a good option to help with baby boomers. Please add.
