    Also, be able to pull all their reports and see production from team members. Also, pull forecasting from the opportunity pipeline with a breakdown of the individual agent if on a team.

    Pull a report together for forecasting and GCI by the agent using a source of Probable GCI and using commission from the offers and commission tab once the opportunity has moved to the Under Contract phase. Drill this down to the agent level if on a team. You can add a split line in the opportunity breakdown when creating to trigger the correct commissions by the agent if on a team.

    Ability to be able to see what emails are being sent to a prospect. There is no way to see what listings are being sent to a client.

    Take the feature from smart plans of selecting who the communication comes from in campaign emails. This will ensure a better open rate and fewer clients unsubscribing from the email.
