Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. When you click on a team member through the Meet the Team page on the new Team Sites, the phone number, email, and website are not hyperlinks. They appear as though they would be, but you are not able to click on them. This would make things much easier for clients.

  2. Since we have the new sites, we can no longer customize buyer and seller guides, and they are still visiable on the mobile app.

  3. When searching on KW websites, consumers should automatically be able to see listings that are PENDING SALE, not just ACTIVE ones.

    Our competitors do NOT rely on a Pending filter to show the same info (check out Zillow & Howard Hanna - they make it easy). Therefore we are making our site less valuable to consumers and our agents.

    • Agents want calls on their Pending listings to capture leads.
    • Buyers want to easily find data on houses they drive by, regardless of their status.
    • Sellers want to be able to search quick selling houses to find out which agent accomplished…

  4. When conducting a property search, a filter that allows agents to filter listings by days on site ie. New listings in last 7 days, would allow for more specified searches.

  6. Add filter to not show Active-CTG in the search on the web and app.

  7. The current functionality of the app auto-logs people out every day. It is a pain for clients to have to log in. Every time they want to use our app and highly discourages people who don't have a password manager on their phone. Let's make the process simple and seamless it keeps them logged in for 30 days before having to re-enter their password. It doesn't seem like they are storing highly confidential information on the app so it's quite unnecessary to log them out every single day.

  8. Open House info is very time sensitive and should be displayed at the top of the consumer site details page in red just under the property address so it is one of the first things a consumer see when visiting a property online.

  11. My idea is to create a client portal for real estate agents, which will allow clients to have access to their transaction details and progress throughout the entire process. Specifically, the portal would enable sellers, buyers, and tenants to view the status of their transactions, upload relevant documents, and communicate with their agents through the portal.

    For example, if an agent is working with a seller, the client portal would show the seller the progress of their sale, including information about potential buyers, offers, and negotiations. The seller could also upload any necessary documents, such as property disclosures or inspection…

  13. The Command Consumer sites and apps don't have an option to filter homes For Sale by whether or not they have an HOA; it would be an extremely valuable features for users--more valuable, I believe, than the "Has Parking" filter since "parking" can be arbitrary whereas an HOA requirement either is or isn't.

  14. Add capability to KW command to be open for anyone to add FSBO (like Zillow does). This will get more exposure to our website and more clientes looking for properties there.

  16. The biggest and most often repeated reason clients say they don't use our APP is because they are looking on their phones or iPad and the screen won't rotate to horizontal view. Can we fix this? (I'd like to keep my clients integrated in the APP and with Command)

  17. If a consumer opens the app looking for open houses to go to, they currently only see future open houses rather than ones that are happening right now. That means that as soon as an open house starts, it is no longer visible in our app. Our competitors and our MLS's continue to show the open house until it is over.

  18. Currently, on the Consumer app, there is a section titled, "Local Realy Services Provided By: MC Name", where as MC Name is the local MC who services that area via zip codes. I would like to see that MC reflect the agents MC if a consumer has selected a KW agent.
