   Could you not user the Filter option? You can filter by Created By. The options are: All, Opportunities, SmartPlans, and Team Member

   As someone who uses smartplans to create lead generation tasks for me, I do NOT want an email everytime there is a task created. Maybe if this was an option to turn on/off for each task.
