Regarding Vendors in Transations -Very Nice It would make sense to have Agents as Vendors Buyer Agent and Seller Agent . Especially since there can be more than one Agent representing either side. In command right now It only allows for Buyer Agent or Listing Agent . And it is not linked to someone in your database.

Thank you for starting the merge function. On first pass I had 1600+ matches. The dedupe logic states that duplicated have a matching name, email address or phone number. I had a large number of "matches" that did not have any of those matching fields. Seems like this could be cleaned up.
Another observation is when multiple contacts share a common number such as the main number for a KW office. The existence of a "Main Office" number across multiple contacts should not create matches.
