I am voting in favor of this recommendation. From an operational standpoint, verification code delays create unnecessary bottlenecks that impact compliance clearance and agent commission timelines. Additionally, as an agent, having to repeatedly enter verification codes on a trusted, regularly used device and browser is frustrating and inefficient. Providing an opt-out option for approved Admins, TCs, and trusted devices would balance security with real-world use, improve productivity, and significantly enhance the agent experience.
