I don't know what changed recently, but every time I have to log into an account it asks for a new verification code. Before I just needed it once and as long as I didn't use a different browser, I was fine. This is extremely frustrating for me as a TC but also as an agent. I get complaints from our other KWA agents all the time about it as well.
