Currently, when Gmail is connected to Command CRM, the system logs that an email was sent or received and displays the subject line in the contact’s timeline. However, the body of the email is not visible inside Command, and the “View Email” link simply opens Gmail in a new tab without taking you to the exact message. This makes it difficult to quickly review past communications with a contact directly inside the CRM. Most modern real estate CRMs (such as Follow Up Boss and RealGeeks) fully sync emails so that the entire email content is visible in the contact’s activity timeline. This allows agents to quickly review conversations without leaving the CRM.

    Requested improvement:
When Gmail is connected to Command, emails should fully sync so that:
    • The full email body appears in the contact timeline
    • The exact email thread can be opened directly from Command
    • Agents can quickly review communication history without switching to Gmail
This would significantly improve workflow efficiency and make Command a stronger communication hub for managing client relationships.
For agents managing hundreds of conversations with buyers and sellers, having a complete communication history inside the CRM is critical. This feature would reduce friction, save time, and make Command more competitive with other leading real estate CRMs.
