To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. When creating Direct Mail Campaigns in Command, it should check the contacts selected for duplicate addresses and not send multiple postcards to the same address.

  8. This might be more comprehensive and harder than I may be making it seem, and I also feel this would be a HUGE value add to Agents/Admin and MCAs/TLs. It would be nice if we could build a Smart Plan that included multiple different Campaign Features. Building a Month Long Campaign for an event or Reverse BOLD 100. Features would include scheduling by Date, Utilizing Text & Email (Already does this in a smart plan) AND adding the ability to have Social Posts scheduled to go out based on the linked accounts in our Marketing Profile.   9. Whenever a client unsubscribes from an email, they unsubscribe from "all email communication." Is there a way we can provide a way for clients to opt out of specific communication (campaign lists, smart plans, etc.) or all communication altogether or allow the person in our database to reach out to us specifically to adjust their communication preferences before deciding to unsubscribe?

    I've had clients unsubscribe from newsletters, but would still like to get property notifications, or vice versa.

    This could help us reduce our unsubscribe rates on email campaigns, and improve client/agent satisfaction.

  11. Essentially duplicate the existing direct mail campaign process, but partner with a third party company (like scribe) that would print and mail out handwritten letter using their 3d printing technology. So I could upload into Command a copy of a handwritten letter and select who I want it to be sent to, both in and outside of my database, just like how real mailers is currently set up. Then scribe would simply print the message on the selected cards, and mail them to who we have selected. This would be an incredible tool for all database touches and farming.

    User Story:
    As a real estate agent,
    I want the ability to create a separate landing page for events and seminars,
    So that I can manage event signups while ensuring compliance with TCPA regulations.

  16. Most of us run ads on Facebook as well as Google.

    Pixel is Facebook's version of an ad tracking/conversion tool.

    Google ads tend to be more expensive than Facebook ads.

    Facebook is great for building awareness. Our clients need a way to start building a relationship with us BEFORE they ever speak with us.

  17. Instagram allows users to post an image carousel up to ten images, so we should really be allowed the same limit when scheduling through our app. Some places cannot show their best potential with such few images, and it also compromises the design and feed organisation of our professional profiles, making it harder to develop a visual identity

  19. Please add something in KW command where we can run paid campaigns on YouTube. I think the following options would maximize the benefit.

    1. Give the agents options to upload a list of prospective clients they would like to advertise to, or have an option for command to use the YouTube algorithm to target prospective clients.
    2. Provide options for the agents where viewers to skip the ad after a certain amount of time or watch the entire ad.
