I just need incoming leads from an outside source to come into my KW Command. Basically they need the lead generation form
KW Support,
In response to this issue, Mason who I am using for lead generation wanted to forward this. This is the method he wants to use to steer my leads to Command. Please let me know if this clears up any issues.
Hey @Robert Castle (https://agentinitiativeclient.slack.com/team/U05PQNY1EBA) ! See our response below:Hi KW,What we are looking to implement is an 'Opt-in' form when a website visitor comes onto the home search, and clicks on the first listing, and prompts the visitor to submit their name, phone and email through a lead form. We need this prompt in order…
1 voteHello- there are a few existing ways you could get leads from this outside source into Command.
You may benefit from utilize one of our API Nation product syncs in the KW Marketplace to sync these leads into Command: https://answers.kw.com/hc/en-us/articles/4406651105939-Get-Started-with-API-Nation
We also have the import function that allows you to import custom CSVs from other databases:

MERGE contacts
I already had my lead in the contact which I had all the info and accumulated notes on the contact and when they signed in from my app it created a separate contact with same name just adding their email and their searches
This means i have to either transfer all my notes to the new one or lose the searches on the new contact that was made through the app.
1 voteHello! When merging Contacts, data is merged but not lost, including tags and notes. If someone created a new account through the app, that Contact account is branded to you. Branded Contacts automatically default to the 'primary' Contact when performing a merge, so when you merge the other Contact record into this one, the notes and timeline information from the other Contact record should transfer over. Here is our Answers article that describes more about Merge in-depth:

Aggregate Tags - A Tag that Includes Multiple Existing Tags
Let's say you have tags as follows:
- Sphere
- Buyer
- Seller
- Past Client
And you wanted to add anyone tagged with one of those tags to a specific mailing list / smart plan ... how cool would it be if you could add a tag named "MailerX" (or whatever your smart plan was called) and you specified "MailerX" includes four existing tags (as listed above). Then, when a smart plan is fired, mailing list is sent to, etc. Command checks anyone with the MailerX tag as well as anyone currently tagged with each of the included tag groups as well.
Super…
1 voteYou can now use Advanced Filters to see these Contacts! Check out our answers.kw.com article to learn more: https://answers.kw.com/hc/en-us/articles/15099687485715-Contacts-Filters-List-and-Advanced-Filter-Options

In the Contact Filters, we need a "NOT" for probably all fields, e.g., "NOT REALTOR" (tag) to add to a smartplan.
In Filters for contacts, we need a "not", maybe like in FMLS filters. e.g., Not REALTOR tag to add contacts to smartplans
1 voteHey! Try using our advanced filters. You can use this feature to exclude specific tags from your filter. Learn how here.
