Make sure splits and cap amounts are syncing appropriately between Winmore & Command
We have contacted KWRI multiple times about this and it is a known issue that splits and cap amounts are not syncing appropriately at this time.
Agents need to be able to manually adjust the cap amount. Or, someone at the MC level needs to be able to do it. Several agents' metrics are off now because their cap has changed.

Default opportunity type to "select"
It would be great if the default opportunity was nothing and you had to select, that way a listing opportunity is not accidentally created instead of a buyer opportunity. Or give us the ability to edit the type.

When creating an opportunity - Remove the fact that "Listings" is pre-selected.
I see way too many times where people create the opportunity and the opportunity type should be a required field that doesn't already have an option (Listing) already preselected. People miss that field and continue with creating the opportunity, go through the full transaction and realize they should have created Tenant or Landlord or even Buyer. they must "archive" or Lost the opportunity which then creates issues with GCI or the numbers and it messes items up on the backend. and now that opportunity is forever hanging out in that contact as a previous opportunity. -

Team Offer Comparison Customization
We are on a team and would like the agent who is sending the comparisons to have their personal information on the report instead of the Rainmaker.

When you archive an opportunity do not show it on the contact card
Currently lost and archived opportunities show up on the contact card which is confusing. If it is lost or archived I don't need to see it.

Contract Date pop up when Accepting an offer
It would be helpful if there was a pop up to enter the contract date once you hit Accept (an offer), instead of going in Edit General Information and adding it there. ... similar to verifying a close date when you close an Opportunity.

Auto-fill from the MLS
Most other transaction management systems have the ability to pull data from the MLS into all of their forms. This is a huge time saver. It currently takes double the time to fill forms out without this feature.

Toggle to hide Legacy Stage and all stages!
The possibility to "hide" Legacy stage from the Sales Pipeline. Maybe something simple like a toggle button to hide from view. This would remove that pesky LEGACY stage from site that cannot be removed due to the Dotloop Import feature that is a heavy hit or miss.
I've created screenshots of what I think this could look like. See attached.
This could also lead to other possible ideas such as some sort of "Smart View" for opportunities. For example: a team has different roles; rainmaker, listing agent, transaction coordinator, EA, etc...

Need the following fields in the commissions tab in opportunities

Make associates choose Listing/buying/lease opportunity
Right now it defaults to listing and there is no way to edit the opportunity without achieving and making a new one.

terminate a commission request
We need to be able to terminate a commission request in opportunities the way we could terminate a greensheet so that an agent doesn't have to make a whole new opportunity if they have a new buyer on a listing (when the first buyer falls out). There is already a way for them to put in a new contract so they don't have to make a new opportunity, but support told me yesterday that there is no way to terminate the commission so that they can accept a new offer and create a new commission. Agents Creating Docusign Templates
Our non-admin associates (agents and team admins) need to be able to create templates inside of DocuSign and then share those templates with other agents on their teams. This is going to become increasingly valuable as our teams (and particularly expansion teams) grow. It would also benefit solo agents who may have forms they use in their own business on multiple transactions.

Include Title Name and Title Email in Commissions Submittal
When an agent is submitting a DA to the MC, the only record of the Title company and email is on the submitted contract within the compliance tab in CommandMC. Please add two additional fiels to the commissions tab: 'Title Name' & 'Title Email'
This will save exponential time and confusion for our MCAs.

Do not allow "Submit to MC" unless the Opportunity is in Active or later
Most of our submitted opportunities are still in cultivate. After we review, there is no way for us to look them up. Also if an agent leaves and hasn't moved the Opportunity, there is no way for us to access it

People linked to Opportunities
I would like to be able to re-assign an opportunity to a different Buyer or Seller. Also, would like to be able to link unlimited contacts to each opportunity and tag their "relationship" to the opportunity. Such as the co-op agent, the other party (buyer/seller}, closing attorney, mortgage lender, etc.

Transaction Document Download
No way to download the "whole transaction" i.e documents of a transaction all at once in case there is an audit. As it stands we have to download each individual document one at a time within a transaction.

Clean up naming structure for document export in Opportunities
Clean up the prefix of the document names when files are exported and shared from within opportunities. When the exported file is unzipped a prefix of characters are added before the name of the document.
This either (1) presents the recipient with a chaotic list to sort through
or
(2) requires that an agent rename every document that is exported prior to sending to a client, which is not efficient.1 voteDocuments downloaded from Command now download with exactly the name they have in the Opportunity Documents tab!
