Default opportunity type to "select"
It would be great if the default opportunity was nothing and you had to select, that way a listing opportunity is not accidentally created instead of a buyer opportunity. Or give us the ability to edit the type.

Sometimes I forget to switch from the automatic "listing" to "buyer" then I have to go back and redo the whole thing to reflect that its a buyer opportunity. it would be easier to allow us to change the opportunity type if this mistake is made.
