Make associates choose Listing/buying/lease opportunity
Right now it defaults to listing and there is no way to edit the opportunity without achieving and making a new one.

The auto default to listing on an opportunity needs to be changed. You should have to make a selection whether you have a listing or a buyer opp. A lot of my agents aren't making that selection and it is populating as a listing when it's not.
