allow custom smart plan to use birthday information from a Contact’s details
Please allow my custom smart plan auto start on the birthday or home anniversary in their contact info. I do not want to use the KW template and its very time consuming to add each person individually to my custom smart plan every year... thank you

Download list of contacts that clicked smartplan link.
download a list of my contacts that clicked on the link within my SmartPlan. Those are ideal follow up calls, and right now you have to manually write down the Email address and individually search the database. We need the ability to download the list of contacts, with complete contact information, that opened an Email or clicked on a link in an Email.

Monthly nurture neighborhood needs to be updated. This is a key way to stay in touch with our past clients and future clients need to be able to input new subdivisions. .........Per KW Our developers are aware this data is now becoming outdated and they are investigating ways to accurate acquire neighborhood information from other data providers.

Cumberland Subdivison
It would be helpful if Command included a feature allowing users to submit missing neighborhoods for review and inclusion. Currently, some subdivisions, like Cumberland, do not appear in search results. In cases where a neighborhood might have been previously listed under a different name (e.g., Wagner Farms), users have no way to request a correction or update.
By adding a "Request Missing Neighborhood" button, users could easily report missing areas, ensuring more accurate and up-to-date mapping in Command. This would improve usability for agents relying on precise neighborhood searches.
Would love to see this implemented!

You know how, when we send a Smart Plan via email, there's a report that shows who received it and who opened it—so we can track who's interested? It would be really helpful if we had something similar for text messages sent through Twilio. Ideally, we could see tracking information—like who opened the message—directly beneath the text when we're sending it.

Smartplans to come from the author of the smartplan
We should have the ability to have a smartplans come from the author of the smartplan vs. the assignee or rainmaker. This would be helpful when the TC or Admin on a team is sending the emails or texts. Once an opportunity is created for someone, there are usually more than 1 person on a team in communication with the client/contact.

Fix the Monthly Nurture Subject line to remove "DBA Logo" height="50" style=max: 150px"/>"
The monthly nurture email has odd-looking code at the beginning of the subject line.

With all the phishing scams out there this code does not present well for our agents.

I would like to be able to have my brand very visible on the bi weekly or monthly smart plan. It is currently very small and not something you see right away

Why can we not go into smart plans, contacts and then click on a contact from there? I don't want to have to have extra steps to get into a contact's information

Transfer Smart Plans
When we switched from a single agent to a team account we lost all smart plans that were being used because they didn't transfer with the contacts. We had to re-create smart plans. What a time and money waster because we were not notified that they dropped

Merge Field text size
When applying a merge field in a smart plan, the text of the [merge field] that appears does not adjust to match the font size of the rest of the email. It looks unprofessional having the client name tiny (for example) and then larger text in the body. If you leave the text size to match the merge field size, you have all tiny text. Please allow the merge field to adjust with the size and font on the email.

Twilio & SmartPlans management
When sending messages via Twilio, the agent would like to insert a letter or template, but this feature appears unavailable. Also, within the SmartPlans timeline, there is no option to delete outdated newsletters.

Custom Merge Tags for SmartPlans
Would love the option and ability to create/name custom merge tags within smartplans. That way we can build out text messages and emails that auto-populate that aren't restricted to names and phone numbers. Fields for "lender name" or event "escrow officer" would be good to have on hand during live transactions. This is a feature I have seen executed within other CRMs and I think it would be a good asset to have within Command for agents.

Copy and Paste/Duplicate a Step in SmartPlans
It would be nice to be able to copy and paste or duplicate an edited Step to use on a different Day. There are many instances where I might do the same task weekly, but don't want to do a repeating SmartPlan because I'll also have text and email Steps that shouldn't repeat. This would allow an easy way to make SmartPlans instead of having to recreate every duplicate Step, especially if it's information heavy. Otherwise, I'm left having to copy sections from one Step, going to edit the new Step to paste the information, then having to save and…
