I'd like to add another layer from ops angle - It would be great to have an appointment-based type of SmartPlan (ie Listing appointments/Buyer Consults) where we can input appointment information (date/time) to anchor tasks to.
Maybe this could be supported by integrating an appointment calendar into KM Command that tasks can anchor to.
