Allow the compliance chat via Command App.
Allow the compliance chat via Command App.
Agents should be able to respond to compliance coordinators using their Command App. This will allow agents to respond quickly while they are busy with their business. Currently they have to sit infront of a computer to respond to these.

On "My Profile" - change title "First Date Licensed" to "KW Join Date" or something similar so this field is not confusing.
Under "My Profile" "About Me" section - the title "First Date Licensed" to "KW Join Date" or something similar so this field is not confusing. I recently joined but was licensed in 2015. After 9 emails, it was clarified that this field was not at all about my license date, but instead about the date I joined KW.
This change would reduce/eliminate unnecessary emails and time wasted in the future for others like me that were licensed prior to coming to KW.

Filter By Assignee on the Command App for Teams
Team members with enhanced/unlimited permissions are not able to filter by assignee on the Command app. However this functionality is available for these users on the desktop version of Command.

Larger/Darker text appearance in Command App
Either Larger or Darker appearing text in Command Mobile app. Character text is small, light blue text hard to read, especially out in the sunlight (and older eyes!) Larger text or Darker/bold text would be so Much easier to read and less eye strain and heqdache.

Idea for Development: Help Icon Standardization
Implement a “question mark in a circle” icon next to all form fields, especially those marked as required (*), to provide users with clear, accessible tooltips. This icon is widely recognized as a symbol for help or additional information.
For example, on the Create Opportunity form, the Opportunity Type field could use a help icon that explains the dropdown options. Adding consistent help icons across all forms will improve usability, reduce user confusion, and enhance the overall user experience.

Digital Business Card - Ability to add profile picture from Marketing Profile
For the QR code in the Command app for the digital business card, I would love to see the ability to add your profile picture into this business card that is in your Marketing Profile to make it look more professional or the ability to customize what details you do/don't want on the business card.

Recorded Calls
Would be useful in many ways to integrate recorded phone calls into Command and Command App. This could be useful for having something to go back to, for example if you can't remember what city the client said NOT to look at you can go back to listen, etc. If you are in the car during a call, take notes once you are back at the office. Eliminates that awkward text of not remembering something during the phone call.
This is also useful due to the fact we often find clients saying "you did or did not tell me something"…

Open House Hosting Portal
I'm always seeing agents in my market center looking for open house hosts if they're unable to host their own open house. We have a private Facebook group where people post them, but not everyone has Facebook or is on. I think it would be a great idea to have a portal similar or maybe even built into the Referrals applet where agents can broadcast out an open house of theirs that they're looking for someone to host for them. sort tasks by their correct order instead of alfabetical order
The tasks for an opportuinty displays on iPhone alphabetically ordered. Which is wrong. They should be in the chronological order as on the desktop computer (Chrome). When I am displaying them on my computer (Chrome), they are in their correct chronological order.
I want the chronological order of tasks also on iPhone. It's very annoying and confusing as tasks loose their chronological order. Could you please fix it?
