Recorded Calls
Would be useful in many ways to integrate recorded phone calls into Command and Command App. This could be useful for having something to go back to, for example if you can't remember what city the client said NOT to look at you can go back to listen, etc. If you are in the car during a call, take notes once you are back at the office. Eliminates that awkward text of not remembering something during the phone call.
This is also useful due to the fact we often find clients saying "you did or did not tell me something" and if you in fact did during a phone call, you can go back to that recording to find exactly where it was discussed.
This can also be very helpful in roll play and script practice, if you have a legitimate client on the other end of a recorded call, you can practice objection handling or situational handling with a physical example to look back and work on. Teams, Independent, and even Market Centers could have the possibility to work on specific examples.
I am sure we would need a disclaimer, could be automated in the phone call or getting in the practice of saying it is a recorded call.
