be able to permantently save settings for team assignees- so that the rainmaker can see ALL contacts at one time on mobile

A built in QR reader in the Command app
A built in QR reader in the Command app so that if someone has a QR code, I can scan it with the app and their contact information will go into the correct fields. This would save a lot of time doing data entry when you're at Family Reunion or some other big networking function.

QR code location(add contact via qr code)
Add the ability to add with QR code to the agent drop down on the home page right below my business card. Saves agents a step of having to share from one place and then capture from another. This will be highly used at KWFR and I imaging this extra step would come up.

Business Card Scanner in Command App
Agents and Leadership would be able to input details directly into command with a quick picture of a business card. This would be a great way to get contact details into command to follow up with agents that have shown a house, or anyone with a business card that they meet. (vendors, B2B contacts, etc.)

Agent app
I would like to see a fully functional agent app. One that we could call, text and email from. It would be great if the app could allow us to call the contacts directly from the phone and it would log a call by the date and time and allow us to make notes immediately about the conversation. I used CINC at two other companies and we had this type of an app that allowed us to call the lead, text the lead or email the lead. We could pretty much do everything we needed to do from the app.…

Update Opportunity Quickly Using Command Mobile
I'd like to be able to say "move Sara Well's to the appraisal stage" and it takes care of it and triggers the new tasks which then have tasks that assign to people and assign dates based on the amount of time elapsed since moving them to that step in the process.

More Twillio Capability from Phone
When using Twillio and a contact responds to a message, if I'm away from my desktop and on the go...it's incredibly difficult/time-consuming to respond to the message. So difficult that I can't respond until I'm back on the computer.
Kelle needs more text capability connected to twillio so we can connect with our database faster.

Ability to text back with Twilio on mobile
When a consumer text us through our Twilio number we need a way to reply on a mobile device. Kelle does not offer this, OR is to buggy to use.

Better Team To Personal Account Flow & Twillio/Kelle Integration
I am totally behind Command and am trying to drive my team towards using this as our primary CRM, but these are some big issues that make our jobs harder. We should not have to switch accounts to view different contacts. If they are the teams it should just almost be like a tag or some other indication that this is a team owned lead. We only have access to lead/ contacts that we are assigned to or a collaborator on.

Missing address when the client comments on a property in the App
When customers leave a message about a property from the App, the day and time appear in the timeline but the address of the property in which they made the comment does not appear. VERY IMPORTANT that the address appears but as an agent we do not know which property the clients refer to.This means that I do not spread the use of the App among my clients because it hurts me. Could you solve this as soon as possible? Thanks a lot

Have Kelle give a notification when a lead is added to Command.
I am part of a team and our Operations Manager has begun to give us Leads through Command. Currently, Command will send an email, but it is delayed (it recently took 1 hour to arrive). It would be nice if Kelle would give a notification as soon as the Lead was added to command.

when adding contacts through kelle, is there a way that all the fields can be added? I am only seing notes, email, phone, and name, maybe one or 2 more options but not everything that is in comand through the computer is editable as you are adding someone through kelle

Mobile Optimized page
We are given three basic pages to get started with our Command websites and one of them, called Company Profile, is not mobile optimized. Why in the world is that? I don't know which others are not able to translate to mobile, but I would think this should be a total priority.
