Better Team To Personal Account Flow & Twillio/Kelle Integration
I am totally behind Command and am trying to drive my team towards using this as our primary CRM, but these are some big issues that make our jobs harder. We should not have to switch accounts to view different contacts. If they are the teams it should just almost be like a tag or some other indication that this is a team owned lead. We only have access to lead/ contacts that we are assigned to or a collaborator on.
Twillio: Currently we do not have the ability to text leads from the kelle app. We used to but since the rollout of the team and personal profile we have lost that ability and this causes our interaction to seem automated and fake.
