Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

    I'm writing to express concern about the limited functionality of Gemini Pro within our system at KW. When it was first released, our agents had access to a variety of features that were incredibly popular and are now no longer available.

    Some of the most missed features include:

    Staging photos of vacant properties

    Prompts to create images and flyers for social media

    Prompts to generate videos

    These tools were a huge benefit, especially for new agents who don't yet have the revenue to invest in paid subscriptions for other platforms like ChatGPT Pro or Gemini Pro. The ability…

  4. were unable to unsubscribe from the monthly neighborhood alerts. While I was able to manually do this for them, I wanted to alert KW that there seems to be an issue with the unsubscribe option on those monthly emails. I don't need any further support (just passing along this info for the tech team). Thanks so much, Jil

  5. Add financing options & acres to the page where we add a "Saved Search". I work with a lot of veterans & I don't see a way to set them up seeing only homes that will go VA financing. Plus I don't see where & can search by lot size either if I have a buyer wanting a home that's on 1+ acres.

  6. When using phone number merge field in Smartplans, remove +1 and add dashes. Also in marketing profile it should show the dashes.

  7. We have a huge population of Chaldean agents in our market and at our market center. The Chaldean language is missing in the drop-down of languages we can add in "my profile" in Command. I am hoping we can get this added. Thank you!

  8. As this "platform" is allegedly built on the Google platform, lose the Beta program "Unique Recovery Email" and have agent use the Google Authenticator application. Start thinking BIG - stop with the band-aid fixes that require new methods every few months.

  9. For the new Multi-Factor Authentication, instead of email, it would be great to have the option to get a code sent to your phone instead of your recovery email.

  11. Easier and more efficient tech troubleshooting with remote log in access like Reppert factor. Tech Support feels antiquated to constantly screenshot issues - would be nice to actually have a phone conversation as well as the chat doesn't always translate well when it's technical.

  14. In Agent profile, the email boxes are set up as "recovery" and "personal". These are supposed to be different emails, however agents are confusing it as the same thing. Can we reword "personal" to "business" as that is the email they are using for their business.

  15. At current, it seems that KW emails do not have access to Google Ads. I believe that this access would be beneficial for agents, as it would allow another avenue for advertising. I suggest that this option become available through one's KW email.
