Enhanced Notification for Agent Capping Events
We would love to see a more prominent notification in the platform when processing a transaction that causes an associate to cap. Right now, this important milestone can be easy to miss, and a clearer alert would ensure we can recognize and celebrate with the agent in real time.
A pop-up notification would be ideal, similar to how KW Command displays confetti when a new agent signs up. Even a celebratory animation, banner, or any type of visual cue would be phenomenal. This enhancement would help us deliver a more engaging and supportive experience for our associates while also reinforcing the excitement of achieving this milestone.

Have Confetti or a pop up once agents cap under Transactions on the Command MC Side.
