How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  2. Currently if we remove an associate before we work with them to get into their command and turn off their website and marketing campaigns these things remain active even after they've been deactivated. If we are taking the process of onboarding out of the market center's sphere of influence then I this should happen automatically so that we don't have to interfere in this process.

Currently there's no way (that I'm aware of) to tag agents that are in a PC program within a market center so that between when they enter an opportunity and when it's closed out, the PC program split isn't missed. We're having to keep the 'roster' on a google doc and as a result, transactions are missed and not paid to the PC program. Most of the time it is because the agents made an error because they're new, but this seems to be a pretty easy solution to have some tag in the system of Command (front end or…
