  1. Instead of having the 3 windows open to go from Transactions to Opportunity to review documents; and to go from Transactions to Associates to confirm the split /cap...the ability to toggle between the 3 applets seamlessly would be great.

  2. Production Reports (Contracts Close, Contracts Written, Listings Taken) need to subtotal by agent for all columns. We recognize for production over $1million each month, and the Winmore reports did the subtotal.

    This is possible with a custom report. Create a custom report and add the rows Agent Name, KWUID, Total GCI, Total Units and Total Price Closed. Ensure there are no other rows. Then in the filters, ensure it is only the market center you want and then filter CLOSED PERIOD and CLOSED DATE by Year and select this year. Any rows can be moved around and added.

  3. Prior to the new system we were able to set our E&O Insurance to a default value for all agents. It currently defaults to $0. This would be best if we could set E&O up as a recurring deduction and then adjust for each agent as we need to for unique situations. Such as people on a team.

  5. Hi,

    I believe adding a search by DA number would be extremely helpful for leadership and agents. Additionally, a column added to the row of information with the DA # when looking at a list of opportunities would be efficient as well. Efficiency is built by specification. Clear and efficient communication is specific and concise. In the world of the command platform and our business, the DA # is the most specific item in relation to a transaction.

    This would be THE MOST efficient way to search for an opportunity. If an agent is really on top of their game…

  6. Currently, we have to exit the Transactions Applet and add vendors from the Admin Applet in Command MC. Previously in WinMORE, we could add Vendors directly from the DA if it didn't exist. There should be a similar function in Transactions where you can add any type of vendor you need directly from the transaction without having to navigate over to a separate applet. This will help expedite the process of adding vendors as transactions close.

  7. When we get an error when our Transaction is not in balance for missing referrals, concessions, etc., it would be nice to highlight that missing field red or yellow in addition to the error message at the top of the screen.

  8. The Market Center Team can benefit from this by calling recruits with the click of a button. This will save time and make the process of recruiting through phone calls more efficient.

  9. It can be nice to view the current month's pendings by agent, but it would be more helpful to have the option to sort by closing date instead. This would eliminate the need to download as a PDF and convert it to an Excel file each time.

    Please try customizing and removing all columns except for Transaction ID and Address to be able to sort simply by Closed Date and this will work as described! You can also add Associate Full Name as a column if you'd like to reach out to each individual agent about their upcoming closings.

  10. Each week a Heatseeker list is uploaded and most of the times the same agent is uploaded multiple times over a period of several weeks. It'd be great to pull the entire list that's uploaded for that week not just the new names to the list.

    This is discoverable by going to the Recruit Management tab in Recruits, then using Filters and choosing all Heatseeker scores, as well as selecting Date Created  as Last 7 Days. This will show you all Heatseeker leads from the last week!

    If you have continuing issues with this, please let us know.

  11. I'd like to have the ability to filter the Birthdays and Anniversaries report by the KW start month. Currently the filter for month includes the year so I can't filter a list to show all agents with an anniversary for a given month regardless of the year.

  12. Right now, when an agent adds in an agent to their Commissions tab, we aren't able to delete agents from it the Written Period is in a prior EOM period. When there is a change needed, the only way that has been given to us to change it is to terminate the Commissions tab and have the agent create a new one. Frustrating to all parties involved. We need to be able to delete agents from Commissions tabs at all times up until it's been posted.

  13. There is a major time delay between when we send the invite, an agent is ready to go and ready for their license to be pulled to when they actually complete the KWRI onboarding email. I would love for their to be a way for the Market Center to to take that back over instead of putting it into the agents hands.

  14. Bring back the Commissions tab in CommandMC. When performing compliance, I need to be able to confirm that the commissions being requested are consistent with the Buyer Agency Agreements and the Listing contracts as well as matching any concessions agreed to in the contracts

  15. Reports do not tally total commission, volume, etc at the bottom of the page. You cannot download all the pages in a pdf file at the same time, it just seems to be printing the screen view you're on, not an actual report. The filters for sorting by date do not work, it only sorts the dates for each agents name.

  16. The Broker Team in charge of compliance should have the ability to change required items and add new form requirements as changes occur. This is not in the top 20% of the MCA or TL. We used to be able to manage our own lists and now the option is gone.

  17. Currently the system is allowing transactions to be closed in a Month / Period other than the current one. This was prevented in WinMORE, and should be prevented in Command MC to prevent erroneous data or issues with Profit Share.

  18. With CommandMC access, it would be amazing if we could search by "Agent Name" in the Transactions applet. Right now, there is only the ability to search by ID, Address, or Client Name. If we want to check where an Agent is at in their Cap, it would be extra convenient to just be able to search their name instead of asking them for an address of a prior transaction in order to pull up that report.

  19. Company Dollar Royalty History Report: One Page! PLZ
    When viewing an associates Co$ and Royalty Report - 1 click all info on 1 page would be great! Efficient. Less separate downloads.

  20. When you go to the MC Website and try to explore Agents, the search at the top is for properties, NOT agents. The webpage itself does not provide a way to search for an Agent.

    If you try to use the web browser search instead, it's only helpful if that part of the page has already loaded, so really not helpful given that the whole page does not self load. The user needs to scroll to the bottom to get the next group of agents to load, so it could take minutes of "scroll & load" to get to…
