onboarding email
There is a major time delay between when we send the invite, an agent is ready to go and ready for their license to be pulled to when they actually complete the KWRI onboarding email. I would love for their to be a way for the Market Center to to take that back over instead of putting it into the agents hands.

Hi there! We would suggest either a) sending the invitation sooner to when the agent receives their license information, or b) having Market Center Leadership sit with the agent to fill out the Joining Portal so that they can have more input in the process. :)
