Sub-Total Line per Associate

Production Reports (Contracts Close, Contracts Written, Listings Taken) need to subtotal by agent for all columns. We recognize for production over $1million each month, and the Winmore reports did the subtotal.

This is possible with a custom report. Create a custom report and add the rows Agent Name, KWUID, Total GCI, Total Units and Total Price Closed. Ensure there are no other rows. Then in the filters, ensure it is only the market center you want and then filter CLOSED PERIOD and CLOSED DATE by Year and select this year. Any rows can be moved around and added.

    This should also allow us to export to Excel, not just as a PDF.

    I agree that this should be a standard report, but just so everyone knows this is possible with a custom report.     we need the total agent GCI for our ALC invitations

    we track YTD and last 12 months to track agent trends throughout the year and not having subtotal per agent make using the data difficult as it requires a lot of time to calculate manually

    Having the subtotal on all reports with multiple lines needs to subtotal...seeing total of company dollar, e&o, GCI, volume...all are a must when we pull reports for agents.

    This is a must as we give awards each month. Not to mention teams and groups and having to add their individual production would take much time. Thank you.
