Bring Back Commissions tab in CommandMC.
Bring back the Commissions tab in CommandMC. When performing compliance, I need to be able to confirm that the commissions being requested are consistent with the Buyer Agency Agreements and the Listing contracts as well as matching any concessions agreed to in the contracts
3 votesHi there! You should still be able to see the Offers & Commissions tab in Opportunities that you are reviewing for compliance requests. Please reach out to support@kw.com if you cannot see the tab as expected.

Ability for Broker in Charge of Compliance to Modify Checklists
The Broker Team in charge of compliance should have the ability to change required items and add new form requirements as changes occur. This is not in the top 20% of the MCA or TL. We used to be able to manage our own lists and now the option is gone.
8 votesThe Compliance Coordinator also gives access to adjust checklists, so please add that role to your Broker if you'd like them to have that access!

Command MC: Opportunity Checklist, Comment Field Locked
When reviewing Compliance documents, Command allows you to click the "Reject Document" button prior to entering a Comment. However, if the agent updates a document, and adds their own Comment, you must first open the document, then click the Review tab to make changes.
Suggested Change: Add a separate comment box for agent comments. It would be great to keep their Comment for details, along with any Compliance comments. Allow Compliance to click "Reject Document," then add Comments on an updated document.
2 votesIt may be best to coach your agents to use the Add Comment button at the top of the Opportunity's Documents tab so that they can all be kept in one place! That way you can update with comments per Rejection/Approval and they can comment on the Opportunity's Documents as a whole.

MC Transaction Log and Transaction File Exporting
Washington state, and other states, regularly have their transaction files audited by the Dept of Licensing. It is imperative that the Designated Broker or Broker of Record be able to have access the that MC's transaction log (at least for a year-to-date report) to give to the DOL auditor. From the Log the DOL auditor will randomly choose files to be audited which requires being able to Export the Transaction Activity Log and its documents.
Right now, there is no way to pull the MC's Transactions Log except through Winmore which is very limited in its ability to define the…
2 votesYou should be able to pull a Closed Production Report in Activity Reports (if you are in the Transactions experience) that also allows for a Filter by State.
If you have any issues with this, please let us know!

Compliance - Ability to put notes in the details area of the opportunity by the Compliance Officer
As a compliance officer, when reviewing a file we make manual notes.... ex: FHA offer, Seller(s) names, Trust seller, year built.... it would be nice to not have to check the original documents for those items (or keep a separate spreadsheet) and be able to have a notes area that we can save the info to check it when future documents are uploaded.
3 votesThere are two options for possible workarounds here:
1. Use the "Add Comment" option inside of the Documents tab to keep notes, or
2. Use the "Description" box in the Opportunity Details tab by using the Edit pencil icon
If you have any further issues with either of these processes, please let us know!

Remove Offer Requirement for New Construction Opportunities
Remove the requirement for offers for new construction.
1 voteHi! You may want to reach out to your Market Center leadership about this as they can adjust the requirements for documents in compliance. :)

Approval is Sticky after Additional Documents are Added
Currently if an Opportunity stage is approved and documents are subsequently added (without submittal) the stage is changed to "Changed" even though it has received final compliance approval.
This then requires the re-review of Opportunities that have already received final approval to be approved again.
Some documents that typically trail in the transaction process are not required for final approval because they trail. When these are added and not submitted the Opportunities accumulate in the Changed queue. Or if submitted require the Compliace Coordinator to re-review an Opportunity that was already approved.
Possible solution: "Sticky Approval" Once a stage is…
2 votesIf "Changed" is a status that you would not like to review considering this use case provided, please try the Filters in the Compliance Review tab to sort out Opportunities in Changed status. :)

Print option for commission tab in command
I have had many agents in our market center ask if we can print the commission tab like we could with the green sheets. The reason they want this is some of them are still paper people and we also have title companies who request it for closing.
Thank you!
4 votesDAs are now available via Transactions and this should work for tracking amounts paid and as a pay statement for title companies!

MCA to delete Docs
MCA to be able to delete docs that don't belong. If an agent uploads docs to the wrong Opportunity.
Makes sense that the agent can't delete them, as we don't want them doing that when we require them, But in the instance that a mistake was made, MCA to override.3 votesThere is an option to "Update" the document that will move the incorrect document to a separate Version History! That way you can replace the old document and still keep record of the incorrect document if need be.
If you have any issues with this process, please let us know!

Compliance Notes to/from MCA & Compliance Coordinator
A helpful feature would be the ability to add a note from the compliance coordinator or MCA to the at the top of the Documents and Commissions tab. Yes, we can use the Comment box for this with the "@" but it is often forgotten to be checked. We would use it to add notes about the earnest money, cancelled DA's, which is the current checklist version (since agents change the name), etc. See the attached picture for a demonstration.
1 voteAnother option for this would be the Description section of the Opportunity Details tab! :)
