Remove All Checklist Items in Recruit Card
We have agents who have completed the joining portal and full onboarding through the new system, and have left for one reason or another. When they return, their checklist items are all completed and to uncheck them, it needs to be done manually one-by-one. It would be nice to have a Remove/Delete all and then be able to add new checklists incase items have changed on checklists since the associate was here last.

Change contact email on recruit card when removing associates
When we remove associates from the market center, the recruit card maintains their KW.com email address instead of reverting to the email that was used during their initial recruiting process. Since the KW email address is deactivated 30 days after they are removed, which becomes problematic when we attempt to re-recruit them.

Appointments Show in Timeline
Allow logged appointments in Command MC to populate on the recruit and associate card timlines.
Currently, logged appointments do not appear on the recruit or associate card timelines and require looking in two different tabs. It would be great to see these on the timeline with other events.

Additional Pipeline Phases, Tasks for Offboarding, Other Transitions
We manage several other systems when an agent offboards with our Brokerage. It would be nice if we could have pipeline tasks for active associates. For example, we remove the associates access to our office's Facebook group. It would be nice to track these steps in Command.

Delete CommandMC Lead Sources
This should apply to recruits and track through to associates. Command MC should have the ability to delete custom recruit lead sources. It's like custom tags, when systems change, the available lead sources need to be updated for a cleaner more streamlined systems.

tags
Allow Auto Tag for agent's production status: 1/2 cap, full cap, quarter capper for current agents, and recruits since update shows recruit production without using broker metrics

Onboarding Invitation Email and Documents Personalization per Market Center
Market Centers have specific documentation and questions they would like to include in the Onboarding process for new Associates. Adding forms, custom questions, and the ability to customize the Onboarding email that is sent is requested.

Onboarding
Imagine opening Command MC and having a single, customizable “Agent Onboarding” workflow. When a new agent joins, any of the leadership team could walk them through every step, from initial paperwork to profile setup, all without leaving Command.
Here’s what it could include:
•Digital Paperwork Hub: Editable Market Center: specific forms that can be completed and signed directly within Command (no need to jump to DocuSign or external links).
•Customizable Step Builder: Each Market Center could design its own sequence of steps: license verification, KWU registration, bio upload, business card order, etc.
•Integrated Checklists & Automation: As each step is…1 vote -
AI Summary of Timeline Just like Command
For both Recruits and Associates, it would be beneficial to have an AI summary available for the contact's timeline just like we have in Command. It would make it much easier during handoff's during onboarding or for keeping up to date on Associates at a glance.

Edit Activity Dates in the Timeline
Include a way for us to change the dates of the activity that we submit to the recruit cards & associate cards.

Add R0 Option for Production Status
When adding a recruit to the pipeline, currently you have the option to select if they are Red One, Red Two or Unlicensed Staff. I would like the ability for R0 to be an option for those whom we are actively moving through the KSCORE process, or another licensing program. This would be especially helpful for the leads we have coming through our locations webpage to automatically be assigned R0 if they select that they are not licensed.

Include Editor in Timeline Activity
Show who added the comment to the Recruits timeline. Currently have to manually enter your name or initials.

Mark as Lead Button
When adding recruits in CommandMC, we should have a button, like in Command Core, that allows us to mark the recruit as a lead. This would be helpful for any inbound leads that we get to our mc websites that are not powered by Command, and for any agent referrals.

Merge Notes, Activity, and Timeline Tabs
Would love to merge the notes, activities and timeline. During lead gen, we put our conversation notes in the actual Notes section whether it's an email, call, or text. Now that Activities are being tracked, we are adding that second step. Unfortunately, the activities don't show up under Notes. They only show up under Timeline. Would love if these sections could be merged to avoid confusion and duplication.

Bulk Remove Tags
It would be beneficial to have similar bulk options as in Command where applicable. Mainly, I find having the option to Bulk Remove a Tag would be advantageous when going in and cleaning up a pipeline. Otherwise, we're left to going in to each individual card and removing them one by one.

Multiple Recruit Pipelines
Make the recruiting pipeline mirror (visually) what the Command Opportunities Pipeline is for Buyers, Sellers, Rental. Instead of those categories it would be Unlicensed, R1, & R2 Pipelines.
This would allow for leadership to create systems in the recruiting pipelines that are appropriate for each level of productions. We are currently running over 10 stages in active recruit in order to use the pipeline tasks as SOP for each recruit.
It has become clustered and made ease of use difficult
