1. Real Scout/Real Intent integration?

   I've been using the Real Scout/Real Intent tools for several months. Every single day, I get multiple notifications that my clients, contacts and people from the zip codes I've specified, have viewed the home valuation reports they are sent monthly. I never see that from Command. The RS/RI platform appears to be VERY sticky for sellers- something we're all hoping to accomplish. I'd like to see something similar from KW. Additionally, RS/RI allows me to see the activity of each contact, and to communicate with them through the portal. Not sure if it's possible to integrate this functionality into Command, but I had the impression that was the original intent behind inputting the Neighborhoods/regions for our contacts.

3. Google Gemini AI

   Can we get Google Gemini AI integration? After talking to support this is not something we currently have with our Google Workspace account. The new version of Gemini AI allows for it to be integrated automatically into Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and other Google Workspace Apps allowing you to use Gemini to draft email, formulas, graphs, and more directly into the Apps without leaving it. Other brokerages may start implementing this already and would be great to be ahead of the curve without falling behind the ever growing tech race!

4. Value of a Dedicated "Coming Soon" Section

   A dedicated section on the agent site where consumers could search for coming soon listings. This should pull the listings from the Internal Listings Shared with KW Agents Internationally. That way agents could post listings that are coming soon or yet to hit MLS making it easier for consumers to discover upcoming properties.

   Many agents operate with one physical phone and two separate phone numbers — a personal number and a Google Talk number used exclusively for business. Google Talk allows us to maintain clean boundaries; personal calls come through our main line, and all real estate–related communication uses our Google Talk number.

   Current Issue:
   Within the Command App, the “Call & Text” functionality defaults to the phone’s native number. There is no option to place calls through the Google Talk number, which forces agents to either:
   • Expose their personal number to clients; or
   • Manually switch apps to make business calls outside of Command.

   This breaks workflow, reduces tracking accuracy, and eliminates one of the primary benefits of using Google Talk for business.

   Recommendation:
   Integrate Google Talk as a selectable calling option within the Command App. Allow agents to choose which number to place outbound calls from so that:
   • Personal and business communication remain clearly separated
   • Agents maintain professional boundaries
   • Call tracking within Command remains accurate and complete
   • Branding remains consistent with our business contact number

   This enhancement directly supports agent productivity, privacy, and Command's intended role as the all-in-one communication platform.

8. Local Realty Services Provided By Other Real Estate Team on My Listing

   The "Local Listing Services Provided By [Office Name]" text appears on listings on our agents websites on their listings under the listing office brokerage information.
   This needs to be removed entirely so that only the listing agent's information is present, to ensure lead capture is directed solely to the listing agent.

11. Share the link to a property registered through the app, just like on the computer.

    I would like to be able to search for and send a link to a property I've registered through the Command app, just like it works on the computer, because sometimes I'm out of the office with only my cell phone and I need to send a link to a specific property to my client.

12. Need to correct Order of Website Blog articles under "Take it From Our Experts" 4 part series for "Your First Time Homebuyers Guide."

    Under Take it From Our Experts there is a 4-part series on First Time Homebuyers Guide. Unfortunately that cannot be order sorted by Part 1,2,3 4.
    The sort options are alpha ascending, descending, or most recent article or oldest. But none of these sorting options produces the correct sequencing of the series which logically should be in the following order:
    Part 1
    Part 2
    Part 3
    Part 4

    Additionally, on each article, the html coding shows up for the call-out quote in italics. It looks like this:

    <i> featured text ,/i>

    This html coding should not be visible. Additionally, it is incorrect becasue the text is not italicized.

    It appears that way on all 4 articles mentioned above.

    Under Take it From Our Experts there is a 4-part series on First Time Homebuyers Guide. Unfortunately that cannot be order sorted by Part 1,2,3 4.

13. Re-enable the use of script tags or provide a work-around

    Preventing script tags blocks the use of JSON-LD structured data, which is now the primary standard for SEO and AI discoverability. Allowing this tag enables Google, Bing, and emerging AI agents to properly parse rich data like FAQs, reviews, and local business info... directly boosting visibility and engagement in search results.

    In my continuing efforts to build out my site at a high level, I managed to get a couple of my pages coded for this and actually started seeing results with my Google analytics showing ChatGPT originated hits on my website. Then when I went back in a few weeks later to add more, I discovered it had been blocked "for security reasons".

    It is common knowledge that web searches are shifting away from traditional engines (like google) to LLMs (like chatgpt, grok, claude etc). Taking away the emerging and single most effective way to increase discoverability from our agent sites.... not a brilliant move.

14. Agent Website Home Search

    There should be an option for us to have pre-loaded city searches on our website just like Zillow. This will allow us to compete with third party search engines and direct clients to KW websites by using titles such as "'City' Homes for Sale" as the website title for our desired targeted areas.

    I’d like to propose a multi-category blog system enhancement for KW Command websites that allows agents to organize and display their content more effectively. Currently, all blog posts in Command exist as standalone pages under one generic “Blog” section, which limits both SEO optimization and user experience. The goal is to introduce a structure where agents can create and assign posts to categories such as Market Updates, Community News, Homeowner Tips, or Seller Guides. Each category would have its own dedicated index page displaying posts within that topic, and each blog post would live under its respective category slug (e.g., /blog/market-updates/october-2025-market-report). This structure would enable agents to share direct links to specific categories from newsletters, social posts, or ad campaigns — making content navigation cleaner and more targeted.

    On the main blog landing page, agents could feature one or more highlighted articles and include clear visual links to each blog category. This would function as a true “blog hub” within Command, allowing for scalable content organization and better long-term SEO performance. The feature would give agents the ability to create topic-driven content funnels — helping them attract, educate, and convert leads more effectively while maintaining the simplicity and branding consistency of the KW Command platform.

16. Update estimated monthly tax pmt to reflect new sales price, not an old one.

    Have the monthly pmt widget show an accurate monthly tax pmt at the new offer price, not the old selling price. Often times homes that sold 20 years ago have a tax basis 5 to 10 X less than current market values. This means that the widget shows a tax payment which is incredibly low and inaccurate.
    Example: A home is on the market for $1.3M yet the widget shows a monthly tax pmt of $91/mo, based on a 1995 selling price of $135k.
    The correct estimated tax pmt should be ~1% of the $1.3M price, which is $1,083/mo.

18. seo control in expert mode

    I have been currently trying to up the SEO on my agent site. After running screenshots and video of our expert mode through AI I have found that we are missing some options to make the SEO on our pages better. First and probably the most important thing is we have no control over the meta description for our sites. That is not an option edit anywhere in expert mode, there is nothing on the custom homepage option or in global settings. Second where there is an option to control some kind of meta description for a single page, on the Tags page, it takes your page title and adds in some generic dribble at the end of it (Your trusted real estate expert. Whether buying or selling, let's make your property dreams a reality.) There is no way to remove this or edit this. I have confirmed this with support. Second for images we have no ability to create Alt titles for the images. There is a caption but that apparently is not the same. The only title is for the internal image name. I am not sure what the options and settings are on the back end of our expert mode, if this is something that can be enabled by turning it on or if this is just not something available to us at all. If we can enable this, this would greatly benefit those of us trying to optimize our sites at a high level.

19. Allow agents to have the same access to their "Collections" via Command App as they do on thier desktop

    Search & edit our "Collections" that we created in Command on our app please.
    Access to what we can do in Command on our laptop/desktop should be the same via our smartphone apps as more and more agents use our phones to conduct business now.
    
    Having access to "Collections" allows us to add a new property into our client's "Collections" anytime anywhere which helps us be a better agent/broker for them.
