  1. I am in the Agent Service role at my Brokerage and communication with our agents is difficult. I would like an APP that I could post in like we do our Facebook group page. I feel that it is hard to get them to sign into FB, but if there were an app that they could download that would alert them to just our notifications that would be an extremely helpful app

  2. I’d like to raise a concern regarding the Market Center Associate Rankings (or Agent Rankings by type) no longer being available on the KWI website. We now have to download the report from Command, which we’ve been doing in order to continue sending it out to all KW Heritage agents on a monthly basis.

    However, we’ve received some negative feedback—mostly related to the layout of the new report. It's not as user-friendly, especially on mobile devices, and has proven harder to read.

  3. When a property is listed on multiple MLS boards for areas that overlap, please have the App and Agent website remove those duplicates so that it only shows one of them. I am in an area of Punta Gorda, FL where multiple MLSs overlap and so most properties are listed in both, sometimes 3 or 4 MLS boards. When I view them in the KW App and website they show up as duplicates. This is very frustrating for my customers having to scroll through multiple copies of the same listing. Sites like realtor.com and zillow.com don't show duplicates like this.

  4. After an offer is accepted, clients often feel unsure about what happens next. Meanwhile, agents must manually send reminders and juggle vendors and key dates utilizing multiple, non-integrated products and processes. Communications can be muddled and not consistent. Agents need to provide a branded, structured experience that continues through closing—and even after the sale.

    Suggested Improvements include:
    - Adding a closing timeline with calendar sync
    - Including task lists for inspections, appraisals, final walk-through
    - Integrating agent-recommended vendors (inspectors, movers, etc.)
    - After closing, launching a home maintenance log and equity tracker
    - Offer refinance alerts and future service check-ins

  6. We currently have an issue affecting all TRREB listings photos that might be due to the pace at which we execute the queries. The issue is impacting KW sites, Consumer App, Neighbourhood Nurture, Campaigns, Designs and Saved Search. The issue seems to happen because TRREB might not be sending the photos at the same time as the listing data and because TRREB has a rule allowing a maximum of 24 listings’ queries every 24 hours, this is causing a delay between the listing is posted and the photos uploaded. As part of the effort to transform the KW Consumer App into a full-featured client portal, an Offer and Contract Management Hub needs to be developed because once a client is ready to make an offer, the process often moves outside the app (email, PDFs, separate platforms), leading to confusion and dropped communications.

    Suggested Improvements include:
    - Enabling offer submissions directly in the app
    - Adding real-time offer tracking with status updates
    - Integrating with DocuSign or Dotloop for e-signatures
    - Centralizing disclosures, contracts, and documents
    - Adding secure in-app chat threads for agents, clients, and coordinators

  8. It gives Office number where you put your cell phone number unless you do want the office number on the how to contact me "Lets talk" part at the bottom of the website. I think its confusing for it to say office instead of Phone Number or Cell phone number. Because the lets talk section is for people to get in contact with you not the office, if they want to call the office its right under the lets talk section.

  10. The KW Consumer App needs smarter search and collaboration tools because clients expect advanced search features like drawing custom areas, commute filters, and more flexible filters. The current experience can feel limited compared to competitors such as Zillow or Redfin.

    Suggested improvements include:
    - Adding a “Draw Your Own Area” map search, commute-time and lifestyle-based filters
    - Enabling KW-exclusive listing highlights
    - Developing buyer and seller dashboards to include timelines, reminders and tips, and to-do lists
    - Enabling in-app agent-client chat on saved homes
    - Incorporating push notifications and alerts tailored to behavior and preferences

  11. This would apply to Agent and Team sites and Consumer App.

    The listings thumbnails our our Command websites display the name and phone number of the listing brokerage. This is not a requirement or is an incorrect reading of the rules. Realtor.ca, for example only displays the address, price, beds and baths and square footage. Remax websites only show the price, address, beds and bats as well as the MLS # in small font. The listing brokerage and phone numbers are only displayed in the Listings Details. Showing that information on the thumbnails refrains our agents from promoting their Command…

  12. KW website, the initial default display shows the last photo from mls on the left, the 1st photo in the center and the 2nd photo on the right. This looks quite awkward in this and many cases since the last photo is the floor plan. It would be improved by removing the last photo from the initial default display or just left justify the 1st listing photo.   14. Add an accessibility feature to the KW agent website for clients who are color vision deficient/blind or have other visual impairments. The accessibility feature allows clients to change contrast, text, etc. on the client's website page. A great way to be ADA compliant in the electronic platform.

  15. On the Neighborhood Market Snapshots, increase the timeframe of "recently sold" properties that are included. Since the market has slowed in many areas, 90 days of sales isn't always sufficient to provide meaningful insights.

    Many neighborhoods in my market have not had any sales in the past 90 days. Perhaps increase this to 180 days or 365 days or a dynamic value based upon the number of sales in that particular neighborhood?

  17. It would be great to have a place where agents could share the site templates that they have built for other agents to use. Just like we have for Smartplans. This way the less techy agents could update their sites with easy.

  18. Currently, there is no option for KW Consumer users, the Agent, or KW Tech Support to edit the email address associated with their account after they've signed up.

    Under Account Settings, their only options are to edit their Name, Location, Update their Password, or Delete their account.

    If the user wants to use a different email address for Consumer, their only option is to create a new account under that email address, which requires them to reconnect to their KW Agent under a different Contact in Command and start over from scratch with none of their existing Saved Searches or…

  19. This applies to BOTH Team Site & Agent Sites. Allow Reversion of Saved Page Revisions. On the backend save the page as an archive version before saving the revision. if an error was made during the revision or the agent simply decides they want the previous version back they can click restore and that version is then the active version and all post versions are deleted. A preview should be shown to confirm the version to be restored is the one they want restored.

  20. When guests fill out the openhouse sign in form, the completion screen invites the guest to use the KW App via a generic QR code. This should be linked instead to the agent specific KW app. With the generic one, the guest has to remember your name and find you in the agent list. It's a lost opportunity.
