To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Took an RPR course and this was a lead technique. Once you hit the button it says unlock your market trends and then the dynamic link allows you to input a zip code or city . I end up getting their email/bame/number

  3. Listings feeding from the Metro MLS are showing as "Active" in both the KW Search App and Agent Sites even if they are Contingent or "Active w/ Offer" in the MLS. This is very misleading to the consumer when these listings show as "Active".

    Currently only "Active" and "Pending" status feeds in.

    A lot of agents no longer use the KW Search App because of this.

  6. Being able to capture a lead during an open house using the KW website /openhouse is amazing.

    I am suggesting the option for the leads to answer a question similar to " Are you currently working with a realtor" "Do you have a signed buyers rep agreement" with a yes or no answer. Then, if yes, it would ask for the agents name and brokerage.

    Once they have fully filled out the form and submitted, agents can implement tags in command that help categorize our leads for easy follow up or SmartPlan automation.

  10. When visiting a listing on kw.com or an Agent Site if a client was to hit "Contact Me" or "Get in touch" option it redirects the associate to log in. Associate would like this functionality turned off

  12. As an organization, we should setupthe Google Global Address List for internal. This would save everyone a tremendous amount of time and create continuity and compliance.

  13. When I am in an Opportunity, and I input information into the "Description" under Details, the information that I input is showing up as html code in the App. Even if I type in plain text, in the app it is not showing up as anything but code.

  14. I would like to be able to create separate Lead Management Rules for my landing pages. Currently I have a landing page for people to sign up for my newsletter, when they complete the form the lead management rule will tag them newletter and add them to the newsletter smartplan. But I also want to landing page for people to request a real estate review but I would have to turn off my lead management rule because it will add those people to my database with the Newsletter tag and put them on the smartplan too.   15. Facebook Pixel in Landing Page with HTML EMBED

    I just tried do add a Meta Pixel and I am getting a "HTML embedded <script> tags with inline content are not allowed for security reasons." error. I thought it could be done, did something change? Can you allow it ? It is needed for marketing.

  16. When uploading a banner to the KW agent website, I was surprised to see my banner shrouded under a filter that is not removable. This is not good for branding if you want to keep the colors and branding consistent this gray filter needs to be removed.   18. We used to have a module for this but it's no longer available. I'd love for this form to be back so we can easily have testimonials. Especially since we can iframe in testimonials from other sites.

  19. Lighthouse reports indicate that agent sites are often prevented from using the browser back/forward cache due to platform-level behaviors.

    Improving bfcache compatibility would:

    Speed up return navigations

    Improve perceived performance

    Reduce unnecessary reloading

    This is a platform-level optimization agents cannot address.

  20. Multiple links across agent sites currently use identical link text (such as “Read More”) while pointing to different destinations.

    Allowing agents to customize link text or enabling the platform to automatically populate descriptive link text (such as the page or post title) would improve:

    • Accessibility for screen reader users
    • SEO clarity for search engines
    • Overall usability and link context for visitors

    This change would bring agent sites in line with accessibility and SEO best practices.
