Please make the contact forms customizable. We truly need a spot to ask for their property address.

Visibility of Heading Image
There should be an option to change the shade of the heading images. Some images come out super dark or hard to see if there isn't varying details. With the option to change the heading text color, being able to change the shade of the heading images would be nice to better showcase images.

I want that Command have an option to change the office number to Phone number, so we can be able to customize the whole About Me form.
It gives Office number where you put your cell phone number unless you do want the office number on the how to contact me "Lets talk" part at the bottom of the website. I think its confusing for it to say office instead of Phone Number or Cell phone number. Because the lets talk section is for people to get in contact with you not the office, if they want to call the office its right under the lets talk section.

Make the logos larger on the consumer websites!
The logos appear tiny at the top of the consumer website....this alone makes me want to purchase a website outside of KW to build better brand recognition. Could we make our logos larger? I have followed the logo parameters of 360x360 and it still appears tiny!

Justify 1st image screen left
KW website, the initial default display shows the last photo from mls on the left, the 1st photo in the center and the 2nd photo on the right. This looks quite awkward in this and many cases since the last photo is the floor plan. It would be improved by removing the last photo from the initial default display or just left justify the 1st listing photo. Show Commercial properties on agent sites
We need to have the option to include commercial properties on our websites. I have clients complain about their listings not showing up on the website.

Add Featured Image/Video to Page Headers on Custom Site/Landing Pages
Within the Expert Mode Website Editor, users have the ability to add a Custom Video to the background of the Listing Search Module on the Homepage and Property Landing Pages via the "Featured Image/Video" section.
When creating Custom Site Pages and Standalone Landing Pages, Associates would like to add video to Page Header sections, but this functionality is not available in the templates for these pages. On other pages, there is only the option to select static "Background Image" from the Website Content Library.

Allow each agent sites their own fav.ico. Favicons matter because they enhance the visibility and recognizability of the brand of the website.

Additional Featured Listings
The 'my listings' filter for featured properties is currently all or nothing (when selected, ONLY the agent's listings will be displayed). The agent should be able to choose to have additional listings display after their listings, determined by the radius criteria set (center point, max # to display, and radius).

Include 6-12 months of recently sold properties on the Neighborhood Market Snapshot
On the Neighborhood Market Snapshots, increase the timeframe of "recently sold" properties that are included. Since the market has slowed in many areas, 90 days of sales isn't always sufficient to provide meaningful insights.
Many neighborhoods in my market have not had any sales in the past 90 days. Perhaps increase this to 180 days or 365 days or a dynamic value based upon the number of sales in that particular neighborhood?

lead management rule based on specific landing page
Allow agent to set up a lead management rule based on a specific landing page. Under "source" the options are; 1. Landing Page, 2. KW Landing Page, 3. KW Landing Page (site), and 4. Neighborhood Landing Page. In this section, the agent should be able to choose WHICH landing page.

CTA and rich text formatting
For lead generation - the most important block is a CTA and we have nothing that we can even remotely format to look like this. The styling in Rich text doesn't work - if you add an image and align it left or right, then add a heading and body, it can work, depending on the device, but the text will scroll and the spacing is very finicky.

Need anchor functionality
The whole point of the website is to capture leads. It should be created as a lead funnel. We should not be directing people away from our sites to fill out forms or to capture leads so if we want to embed a form, we should be able to link a CTA button to the form, lower on the same page.

Website Share Library
It would be great to have a place where agents could share the site templates that they have built for other agents to use. Just like we have for Smartplans. This way the less techy agents could update their sites with easy.

Marketing Profile: Additional field needed for alternate or display website URL
Marketing Profile should have an additional field for public-facing KW Profiles for an alternate website URL, OR a "display" website URL.
This is the URL shown in their Agent Profile in KW.com Agent search or the KW App. Some KW Agents/Team prefer to promote themselves using self-hosted, non-KW site (ex. a WordPress site hosted by GoDaddy) or using a custom domain URL they've purchased that automatically redirects to their KW Site.
Associates using alternate website URLs still want to utilize the benefits of the Command-integrated Consumer functionality and tools such as Saved Searches in order to share properties with clients…

Customize Vendors from HomeEasy
I like how we can add our vendors from HomeEasy on our website. What would be even more helpful is being able to filter what kind of vendors we want to highlight.
So for example, if I have a page about home financing, I'd like to only highlight the loan officers I work with, instead of my entire vendor list.

Expand on the Market Data in Neighborhoods
It would be very helpful to expand on the market data available in the neighborhood we assign to a profile. For example, home appreciation, breaking it down by type of home (single family, condo, multi-family, etc...)

Option to choose which Primary Market Center to Display
When a member of multiple market centers allow agent to select primary market center in the consumer app and on their site instead of the defaulting to the lowest market center ID number

Open House form completion page has generic QR code, not agent specific one.
When guests fill out the openhouse sign in form, the completion screen invites the guest to use the KW App via a generic QR code. This should be linked instead to the agent specific KW app. With the generic one, the guest has to remember your name and find you in the agent list. It's a lost opportunity.
