  1. We need to know if the potential buyer is working an agent and this could be added in two ways:
    1. Add a Check box: Have you signed with a Buyer Agent?

    1. Add space for the name of the Agent that the buyer is represented by. (If the answer is "Yes")

  2. Have the ability for the agents to have the KWCARES page branded to the agent website and have terminology that it is community driven for this event and not agent to agent support . Ability to show cash collected is directed to this disaster.

  5. My lead inbox has filled with spam and bots using a WhatsApp number as their sole source of contact. They are not legit leads, so I propose each lead gets flagged if they type the word.

  6. Many other CRM's allow you to view your client's saved searches. This is vital to understand what homes your clients are seeing. We also need a BCC feature on saved searches so we get notified when a client gets notified of a new home in their search parameters.

  7. for my entire service area, which geographically is huge, there are only two neighborhoods available to select. both of which are incorrect. we do not have the ability to send market reports to any of our buyers, or sellers, from command. neighborhoods should be a specialty thing, thats in addition to the standard market report function. its backwords. EVERY kw agent should be able to use this function, regardless of their location. it should automatically default to town/city or zip code. and neighborhoods should be for those that want to go more in depth. not being able to send out…

  8. Add SELL button above the search bar on agent website, near the BUY and RENT buttons. When someone clicks on it, they would instantly be directed to the Home Valuation page.

  9. The Sold and Rented properties on the search are great, but they need to be limited by time. When you search active, you don't need that limitation, but for sold properties, we're now returning properties sold any time. Zillow limits this by replacing the listing by address - each address can have only one listing, the most recent sale or status, but the MLS uses unique MLS numbers which will get assigned each time the property is listed.

  10. Whenever you're searching for homes on your agent websites, I've noticed that a lot of past listings for current homes for sale show up before the actual live listing. They will either be listings that sold previously or have expired. If there is a way to remove or hide those listings, that would be great. It gets really confusing for agents and clients when searching for homes and finding the actual live listing.

  11. Integrating Google Tag Manager into our KW websites. Since our sites are run off the Brightspot platform, and they have an integration with Google Tag Manager:
    https://www.brightspot.com/documentation/brightspot-integrations-guide/latest/google-tag-manager, it would be awesome to have the possibility to do that.

    This would allow our agents and teams to have access to advanced analytics for their websites

    Are we able to look into if we are able to integrate this for our agents? Or if not, can we have a reason as to why it's not possible?

  12. I’d like to suggest the following features for the KW Site's Traffic Dashboard:

    • Visitor Counts: Total number of visitors over a specific time frame.
    • Traffic and Lead Sources: Specific breakdown of where visitors and leads are coming from, over a specific time frame (e.g., KW Paid Ad - Facebook, KW Paid Ad - Google, Smartplan, Direct Visits, etc).
    • Page Views: Number of pages viewed by visitors, indicating engagement levels.
    • Overall Traffic: Total visitors and unique users
    • Demographics: Information about visitors’ locations, devices, and other characteristics.

  15. As of now, when adding a video shot in portrait mode (like on a mobile phone), the video will look fine if viewing an agent site on mobile but becomes zoomed in and cut off on desktop.

    When adding a video to an agent site, the video should display properly, no matter if it's shot in portrait or landscape, across all devices instead of being inconsistent.

  17. There should be an option to change the shade of the heading images. Some images come out super dark or hard to see if there isn't varying details. With the option to change the heading text color, being able to change the shade of the heading images would be nice to better showcase images.

  19. Within the Expert Mode Website Editor, users have the ability to add a Custom Video to the background of the Listing Search Module on the Homepage and Property Landing Pages via the "Featured Image/Video" section.

    When creating Custom Site Pages and Standalone Landing Pages, Associates would like to add video to Page Header sections, but this functionality is not available in the templates for these pages. On other pages, there is only the option to select static "Background Image" from the Website Content Library.

  20. On the Neighborhood Market Snapshots, increase the timeframe of "recently sold" properties that are included. Since the market has slowed in many areas, 90 days of sales isn't always sufficient to provide meaningful insights.

    Many neighborhoods in my market have not had any sales in the past 90 days. Perhaps increase this to 180 days or 365 days or a dynamic value based upon the number of sales in that particular neighborhood?
