Would love to see a Slack-type function in CommandMC that allows leadership to create channels allowing for communication to specific groups within the market center ie top 20% or PC Coaching clients. These communications would then show up in agent's Command allowing that group to respond directly to the person in leadership over that channel as well as collaborate with others within that channel.

Ability to add custom categories would be the best option as all Market Centers have different types of vendors. We, for example, have a pool service company (vital in South Florida) and that would be a great vendor for the public to see!
