Make "Show 50" Default in Contacts View
make the default "show 50", and give us the whole page instead of a tiny little window. not everyone uses a 65 in tv for there monitor.
1 voteYou can do this by choosing "Show 50" and then choosing "Save SmartView" in Contacts! It will then show 50 Contacts as default.

Call response options when logging a call in a contact
I love the feature on a call task where it gives the option of wether or not. you talked and if a message was left. But when you log a call activity in a contact without a task, it automatically logs it as a successful call. I'd love to have the option to mark it as a no answer.

Connecting client/agent contact cards to contact cards of people they refer
This could maybe even be done with the "relationships" feature. So whether it's an agent or a client, you could pull up their contact card and see everyone they've referred. This would be helpful for tracking both agent referrals and database referrals, and having a clearer view of who refers how many people, etc.

Search for contacts without a specific tag
Being able to "negatively filter". I.e. show me everyone who does NOT have a certain tag.

Filter using multiple tags
It would be helpful to be able to filter contacts using multiple tags instead of only being able to filter by one tag.
For example: using the multiple tags, A-W, Past Clients, Buyers, would filter the database first by
A-W (DTD2)
then by
Past Clients
then by
Buyers

An option to merge contacts for duplicates would be awesome.
there are times where a contact is in multiple spots and csv files aka phone, email etc. The ability to merge files would be a plus, an alternative to archive.

Lead comes in from FB ad thru Command and is already in database, give the option to merge the contact.
We keep getting leads coming in from FB ads, where they go into the rainmaker personal account, then you want to switch them to the team account and they can't because the email address already exists. It would be fantastic if we could have an option to "merge" this and it align the contacts side by side or choose which parts come over from one to the other. Instead of creating a new contact in my personal account, which then has to be archived 2x in order to be cleansed from the system entirely. Way too many extra steps and…

Need a way to sort via tags by exclusion (not inclusion)
This would be SUPER helpful...for example....give me all contacts tagged without this tag.... also helpful, all tags with this but not that...

Add other "HAS" selections to Filter
Until we get Boolean operattors in Filters, it would be nice and easy to add "Has Phone", "Has email", "Has address" Yes/No fields to Filter options.

Add "Assigned" Filter for Contacts.
Assigned Filter should let us filter by when the contact was assigned. Would like these dropdown options identical to "Created" filter. We have leads from months ago, but we just assigned them today. This will help our tracking because Reports doesn't seem to be accurate.

Make Home Anniversary As Searchable as Birthday
Please make the Home Anniversary field as searchable as the Birthday field. This would allow all users to search for home anniversaries in any given time frame (rather than only the next 30 days) which would help with work flows and planning.
Currently, I export the contact info and print all birthday envelopes and anniversary envelopes for the entire next month on the 21st of each month. View and track email activity within Timeline of clients file
Since the "View Email" only takes you to the email system and does not show you the actual email sent, can we just have it show within the clients timeline so we know what was in that email. Also it would be great to know if it was opened or not and when it was. This will help when we are contacting the clients to know what was sent and when/if they opened it.

Actual Smart Check for Email Addresses and Phone Numbers to Prevent Duplicates
Agents need Command AI to intelligently check email addresses and phone numbers and know what is a duplicate and stop allowing duplicates to be created and update the existing contact in Command. Identify Team Member Who Adds Activity to Contact Timeline
With Team members having access to Contact records and adding activities (Calls, Meetings, Notes), it would be ideal for Command to note who entered the activity into Command.
For example, currently the timeline shows a call was made or note entered yet the Rainmaker is unable to determine who on the team made the entry without having team members either add their initials or name to note.
