View and track email activity within Timeline of clients file
Since the "View Email" only takes you to the email system and does not show you the actual email sent, can we just have it show within the clients timeline so we know what was in that email. Also it would be great to know if it was opened or not and when it was. This will help when we are contacting the clients to know what was sent and when/if they opened it.

If a CONTACT opens an email sent from a COMMAND SmartPlan the OPEN should be listed in the contact's timeline. It's a PAIN IN THE BUTT to have to navigate away to the REPORTS to TRY and find out if they opened an email.

It's a pain in the ASS to have to go into the REPORTS to track down if a client has opened of viewed marketing emails.
