Being able to effectively upload contacts into command
Should be able to effectively use labels for phones/emails/addresses, as well as "primary", "same as mailing", "mark as lead", etc.
The upload template command currently provides isn't mapped right.
Add columns for mark as lead and same as mailing address and make the template easier to upload and it will make a huge difference.
Being able to upload contacts into command is significantly less helpful when you have to go through individual contacts anyway to make changes so you can keep accurate records and get them on smartplans.
