  1. Hi! When creating a new note or editing an existing note, the window that pops up only allows you to see about 4 lines of text at once. When making a lot of bullet points in a note, that means you have to scroll up and down to see if you already have a piece of information recorded. Could the window that pops up when you create or edit a note, be made larger?

    Also, the formatting doesn't transfer over from note creation or edit window, to when you view it. For example, if you make bullet points on different…

  2. If an agent on a team creates a contact on their personal side, and then immediately pushes it over to the team side, it keeps them as the owner of the contact. So in the case of them leaving the team, they can easily recover these people. However, if they happen to manually create the contact while under the team side in the first place, it makes the team the owner of the contact, making it very difficult for them to recover the contact.

  5. Have the ability to include the note I add to one of my contacts to be updated on their associated persons (ie. spouse) contact card. Example:

    I add a note to James Doe and same notes gets added to Jane Doe
    Note: Talked to James and he said they will sell in 3 months

    I want the note to automatically or give me an option to have that same note added to the associated person.

  7. You currently have a filter for date created, but I can only search greater than or less than. I would like to search dated created =. This would allow me to search by year or possibly month and year.

When you send an email (designs coming soon) or text message to many contacts from the Contacts applet using the "Actions" dropdown, it can be difficult to recall a text message you sent and the list of agents you sent to. Or what particular email you sent and to what list of contacts. I understand that you can see this from the contact record 1 by 1.   9. I wanted to share some feedback regarding the sorting functionality in Contacts, specifically related to customized columns.

    In our workflow, we use a custom field to track some particular data for our contacts. However, I noticed that custom fields do not support sorting as we add them into the customize columns, unlike the built-in columns like "last contacted", "primary email/phone", which automatically allow sorting by clicking on the column header. I experimented with various custom field types (Text Field, Date, Number, etc.), but none enabled sorting.

  11. It would be nice to attach the information sheets that contacts fill out to their contact card within command. The reason is then you would not have to keep the paper and still have it attached to the person directly and in one system so that you could open the attachment to reference rather than having to find a hard copy of paperwork that they filled out at either a buy or sell consult when they signed contract.

  12. There's no way to remove smarplans in bulk from specific contacts. We have a team of agents that use the team command and one of our agents wants one of the smartplans removed from his team contacts but the only option is to do it one by one (there's over 2,000) or remove the smartplan for all the agents team contacts, which is not a real option. Thank you!

  13. Auto apply the tag "Open House Signin" to any lead that comes in from the Command Site Open house links.

    Because leads are auto assigned to the agent doing the open house, we do not have the ability to use lead routing to add a tag and trigger smartplans. This means agents on teams must manually put the leads on SmartPlans.

    Solo agents have this via lead source. This is a huge pain point for teams and rainmakers who have multiple open houses and need speed to lead.

  14. when creating a saved search for a contact, would be handy if there was a way to change the default settings. like on the options for property type - default is all 10 types, I would like to be able to change that so I dont have to uncheck 9 types every time.

  16. Before this sometimes worked, now it doesn't even work. If I have to select a group of contacts, it is easier with Shift Click, it is something basic that any CRM should have.

  17. if i go to add a contact who has already been archived i would like to push a button and have them un-archived currently you have to log out and go into archived contacts and find the contact and restore them. too much time

  18. We used to able to grab a contact and drag them to another tab. This made it easy to work from a main contact dashboard and with the individual contact. Now it requires going back and forth and beginning at the beginning of the list. Please let us drag again.

  20. Please keep workinng on advanced filters. They are almost there, but I cant confidently make the switch from our current CRM until 2 things happen:

    1. "and" should be customizable to "and"/"or" between query lines

    2. "notes" should be a searchable option in the drop down. I use this weekly to find notes I know were added multiple times, like which three people talked to me about x listing last week, etc.
