Include And/Or in Advanced Filters
Please keep workinng on advanced filters. They are almost there, but I cant confidently make the switch from our current CRM until 2 things happen:
"and" should be customizable to "and"/"or" between query lines
"notes" should be a searchable option in the drop down. I use this weekly to find notes I know were added multiple times, like which three people talked to me about x listing last week, etc.

Right now you can use advanced filters for creating a Smart view but the only option when adding additional filtering criteria is "and" -- we should be able to select or choose an "or" option as well or "and/or" in order to insure the Smart Views reveal what is needed.
