change closing date
Once you enter a closing date on the initial screen it is greyed out and not editable under details. I can edit the closing date further down, however the greyed area does not update.

Archive an Opportunity
I have been told by support that an Opportunity that was Closed in a prior period Cannot be Archived, even if following the instructions in Support (which says you can if you change the status to Cultivate, Appointment or Active). I assume this is new. Our agents want to be able to Archive their Closed Opportunities. Can we add another place for the Closed Opportunities to "live" within Command besides on their dashboards? Like "Closed Prior Periods" or something like that - that they could access but not live on their Dashboards?
Thank You!2 votesHi there! Opportunities in the Closed Phase are archived automatically after 30 days. If the Opportunity were to be archived, it would not count toward the agent's productivity numbers tracked in Command for Opportunities and Goals. :)

bring back the "Archived" option for Closed transactions
Bring back the Archive option for closed transactions despite it having a closed commission status. Also, to have an option to remove a closed transaction from the Contact card once it is done.
1 voteHi there! All Opportunities that are in the Closed Phase will be auto-archived after 30 days. Archiving the Opportunity would affect your numbers in the Opportunities Pipeline.

Checkbox or user setting to change previous charitable donation decision
We need an option or checkbox somewhere in the Offers & Commissions interface to allow changes after someone has checked the "Do not show me this again" box on charitable donations. Some agents have had that checked by admins that are no longer here and are having to remove donations they never wanted to make every single time. It is wild that I was told there was no fix/no solution to this issue by support.

Opportunities that do not close
There is a option for all phases of an opportunity that goes through a normal transaction but not a drop down for an opportunity that busted. We can select lost opportunity but in the property details it still shows active. Unless I am doing something wrong???
2 votesHi there! The opportunity should no longer show in the active stage once it is marked as lost. You may be missing the step to save that you marked it as lost. Here is an article that can walk you through how to do it on mobile.

DOCUMENTS: Buyer Brokerage Agreements
In the Documents section of Opportunities, may I suggest moving Buyer Brokerage Agreement from "Under Contract" to "Consultation" since the requirement is coming that brokerage agreements be signed prior to showing properties. It may seem picky, but it feels appropriate from a compliance standpoint.

dotloop templates
Allow individual, custom templates created in DotLoop to show up in the templates list when Starting a Transaction from the opportunity.

DocuSign should NOT create duplicates
Since 2/6/24 DocuSign has been creating duplicate PDFs of documents and forms every single time the doc/form is opened. This creates many versions of a document instead of having the one you're working on and the one that is finished once signed. This is a mess and severely slows the workflow for a TC.

Opportunity Vendors - import option from a command contact
It would be great to be able to select the vendor in the opportunity details area from a contact that is in our command database and not only from the vendor list that the market center has.

Status In Buyer Opportunities
If a buyer has signed with a builder and the house is being built there is no category. Maybe house under construction?

Allow changes to Docusign Forms
This may be a Docusign related issue, but we have been having issues with Docusign auto-filling forms when created from an opportunity incorrectly and would like a way to be able to change how it auto fills to save time when filling out forms.

Opportunity Documents - Makes Sales Price Field Editable
Under Opportunities/Documents - The Sales Price field should be editable/fillable or placed first. We should be able to enter the Purchase Price and down payment and the system should be able to auto calculate the financed amount. This is currently a time waster as we have to manually calculate the finance amounts to figure out how to get the system to reflect the correct purchase price.

Give MCA's the authority to delete opportunities created in error
If an associate creates an opportunity or duplicates it there should be a way to delete it in Command.

Opportunity connected to relationship
Is there anyway that if a contact is connected through a relationship, the opportunity attached to one, can auto populate to the other? This way, you don't have to input the opportunity twice.

Can we upload documents via e-mail? For instance, we get an offer via e-mail? Forward to an e-mail address to upload the PDF.
