Opportunities that do not close
There is a option for all phases of an opportunity that goes through a normal transaction but not a drop down for an opportunity that busted. We can select lost opportunity but in the property details it still shows active. Unless I am doing something wrong???

Hi there! The opportunity should no longer show in the active stage once it is marked as lost. You may be missing the step to save that you marked it as lost. Here is an article that can walk you through how to do it on mobile.
