To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. The spacing on Smart Plan Simple Email Type is doing 1.5 or double-line spacing. This makes the outgoing emails look awful, especially if you are designing out an email signature at the end of each email.

  3. Suggesting the ability to designate a time that a text message will be delivered in the course of SmartPlan execution. Currently, we can only designate a number of delay days before a text message is sent but have no control over what time that message will be sent during that day. I am getting reports of text messages be received at 3am PST.

  4. When I rearranged my smartplan order, my dynamic texts became static texts. This resulted in me losing 2 instances of text 2 thru 6; most of the plan. (I'm not sure if I accidentally clicked "static" or it changed on its own, but this should NOT be something that can easily be done.)

  5. Add an option in Lead routing to actually assign leads. The current lead management makes the assigned agent "claim" the lead within a certain time frame.

    This current system has the first auto text/email coming from the rainmaker unless the lead is claimed prior to the auto text sending. I would prefer to auto assign so smartplans will work for the team agent assigned to the lead.

  7. I don't know why this would ever be removed, but it saved me hours and hours of time that i could run an ad campaign to attract buyers and set them up with automatic smart plans to really leverage my lead generation time. That's been removed since the new update. I would like to see that featrue back ASAP.

  8. e.g. in a smartplan with 20 steps break down as "20 steps, 7 emails, 3 calls, 5 texts, 2 tasks, 3 delays"

  10. I would like Smartplans to be able to exceed 90 days. If they cannot exceed 90 days, then there shouldn't be a limit to how many other Smartplans can be bundled into a "parent" plan. Lifting both of those restrictions would offer so many more options.

  11. It would be much faster to edit smart plans if we could either select where the new step is going to be added or be able to drag and drop the new step where we want it to go instead of having to click the arrow through a million steps.

  12. This is helpful because agents will get a notification when the client/prospect opens the email and can call them immediately. This also allows us to know if they are viewing the emails and it's a good reminder for agents. Flexmls has this option when you subscribe clients to listings search. Each time they open an email, agents get an email notification.

  13. I am the MCTT in my Market Center and I am trying to create a communication hub using command. It would be great if there were a feature in command that would allow Smartplans to send messages (whether emails or texts) on a scheduled weekly basis. For example, schedule texts and/or emails on every Tuesday and Thursday. This would allow market centers to send out information to their agents using command, rather than a third-party application.

  14. Have the ability to have a time of day that you would like a task to be completed in a Smartplan. For example, Call lead at 5:00 pm.

  15. Once the smartplan is created and has been activated, you can't edit who receives the next touch. This option would give the flexibility to avoid having the agent receiving emails that they no longer need to receive, like for example, I created a smartplan for all upcoming expiring licenses and there are agents who have already renewed their licenses so this would help to avoid filling their inbox with unnecessary emails.

  16. As a tech trainer and an agent, I have various smart plans in my library. To be able to search, filter or even create a folder for categories in smartplan libraries.

  17. A 90-day duration and 15 touches for a custom smart plan is not enough time to convert and/or stay top of mind when it can take 12-18 months (or longer) to convert a lead for a destination location.

  18. An agent said that some of his contacts complained that a once monthly contact is too much and they want quarterly touches only. The current smartplan set up doesn't allow a text every 3 months. Can we get smartplans that allow a longer delay between texts and emails?

  19. it would be helpful to be able to arrange the smart plans on the selection dropdown, so as to up the most utilized at the top of the whole list, instead of having to use the pull down bar.
