Ability to control time of text message delivery
Suggesting the ability to designate a time that a text message will be delivered in the course of SmartPlan execution. Currently, we can only designate a number of delay days before a text message is sent but have no control over what time that message will be sent during that day. I am getting reports of text messages be received at 3am PST.

SmartPlan text messages now have delivery timeframes that can be set on the text step. You can read more about text step timeframes in step 4: Send Text, of this article:
