Be able to add a 2 month, 3 month, or longer delay between SmartPlan steps.
An agent said that some of his contacts complained that a once monthly contact is too much and they want quarterly touches only. The current smartplan set up doesn't allow a text every 3 months. Can we get smartplans that allow a longer delay between texts and emails?
