Drag and Drop for editing smart plan instead of using arrows
It would be much faster to edit smart plans if we could either select where the new step is going to be added or be able to drag and drop the new step where we want it to go instead of having to click the arrow through a million steps.

Our new SmartPlans editor now allows for drag and drop when moving Steps! Yay!
