Allow the MCA/AMCA ability to be able to edit/submit an agent's commission tab
This would be helpful when an agent did the commission tab but just forgot to submit it or if they are unable to go in and fix the error and submit it. A lot of our agents are missing the errors and then go to submit and they don't get a big pop up saying that the submission was unsuccessful so they think it is submitted and then can't go back in until sometimes the next day or longer if they are out of town.
