Closed Status for Folders
It would be helpful to have a Closed status for folders, or for the MCA to have the ability to mark an Opportunity Lost. That would prevent us reviewing dead folders repeatedly while viewing Open and Approved status, when our agents neglect to mark their Opportunities Lost.
