Refer a Co-Broker to KW via Opportunities' Co-Broker
Add option when submitting commission tab for agent to select “Yes I would recommend that this agent join KW” or “No I would not recommend working with this agent” for the co-broker they worked with. A required yes or no box that sends a notification to the TL when checked yes so they know to reach out.
(I believe green sheets used to do this) :)

Sure I think that is an awesome idea. If they are great as co-op agent then thats a good clue they would fit at KW.
