Transaction Coordinator Role in Command MC
At our Market Center, we have an in-house Transaction Coordinator. While we don't want that person to be able to have log in access to everyone's Command account, we would like for her to be able to create opportunities under that agents name without logging into their account.
It would be great to have a Transaction Coordinator role in CommandMC where they can create an opportunity then select which agent that opportunity is for. That way they don't have to log in each agent's Command and those opportunities will be able to populate on the agent's Command and in CommandMC.

Send Mass Texts to Associates
Being able to text associates and recruits in CommandMC is a MUST. Having to have information in 2 places just does not work. Stuff gets lost in the mix - staff cannot see who has contact or for what. It all needs to be kept together

Regional Associate Roster
at the Regional level we only see those who are investors or Leadership in the Region. We should be able to see ALL agents and leadership within the region so we can also add notes. It should also allow us to work with the MC and add notes with them. That way we can log a care call or get their correct contact info and run smart plans for our top 20%. We should be able to filter and create smart views on this roster like Top 20%, ALC, Leadership, TL, MCTT, MCA, etc...

Feature Request: Bulk Sync Functionality for 1099 Recipient Addresses
Request: Implement a "Global Sync" feature within the 1099 Dashboard to allow for the asynchronous update of all recipient addresses in bulk.
Business Justification: Currently, the system requires Market Center Administrators (MCAs) to manually sync each record to ensure address accuracy. For offices with hundreds of agents, this manual process is labor-intensive. If an agent updates their address after their last closing of the year, the MCA lacks visibility into that change without a manual check. Reorder Multi-Year Trend to Narrative Format
The traditional Market Center Multi-Year Trend tells a story in a narrative sequence. The 42 metrics are specifically arranged to ensure as Leaders read it, they have the proper context as they find numbers and metrics later in the report. In its current format in CommandMC, it's only creating confusion and among current leader, as the metrics are arranged alphabetically by data point.
The new version, is simply missing a "position number" field, like we've done for the Financial Statement. An addition of the 2 digit "pos_no" column should do the trick.

Onboarding
Imagine opening Command MC and having a single, customizable “Agent Onboarding” workflow. When a new agent joins, any of the leadership team could walk them through every step, from initial paperwork to profile setup, all without leaving Command.
Here’s what it could include:
•Digital Paperwork Hub: Editable Market Center: specific forms that can be completed and signed directly within Command (no need to jump to DocuSign or external links).
•Customizable Step Builder: Each Market Center could design its own sequence of steps: license verification, KWU registration, bio upload, business card order, etc.

Way to toggle off the New Detail Panel when opening an Opportunity
The new Detail Panel that appears on the left side every time you open an opportunity needs to be an option to open, not start off opened. It is in the way and creates an additional step to the reviewing process for us.

Reports Header
Report Headers for PDF Downloads: I understand that for csv downloads the headers are a problem, but when printing PDF downloads for MYT reports and such it would be nice to have the headers that are showing in the report to actually be printed as pdf as well. It shows the information that is pulled plus the OP, TL, MCA and so on in the header. If printed on PDF it would be nice to have this as well like it did when we printed from crystal reports.

Enhanced Notification for Agent Capping Events
We would love to see a more prominent notification in the platform when processing a transaction that causes an associate to cap. Right now, this important milestone can be easy to miss, and a clearer alert would ensure we can recognize and celebrate with the agent in real time.
A pop-up notification would be ideal, similar to how KW Command displays confetti when a new agent signs up. Even a celebratory animation, banner, or any type of visual cue would be phenomenal. Commission Tab Notes Notifications
We would love Command Notifications to be dispatched to the MCA/AMCA whenever a note is appended to a newly submitted commission tab. The current functionality entails users manually reviewing the notes tab for each commission tab submitted, which is not an integral part of the workflow for processing a commission tab.

Page 1 and Page 2 of DA Download in One PDF
When we download the Associate Detail (page 2 of the DA) page in the new Transactions, it opens a separate tab for each agent along with Page 1 of the DA. Can we please get it to where they download all in the same tab so we don't have to download multiple pages.

Would it be helpful to be able to choose whether to automatically print the DA after moving a Transaction to the Closed status? We want to save clicks, and want to make sure we choose the best option for all MCs when implementing a feature for efficiency.

Add Chinese and Cantonese to Command IDX site
Please add the Chinese and Cantonese as language options to the IDX site.
Approximately 3.5 million people speak Chinese at home in the U.S., making it the third most spoken language after English and Spanish. Currently, the agent site doesn't have the option to allow customers to choose Chinese as the language.
Adding Chinese/Cantonese to our website ensures clients feel confident and supported throughout their home-buying journey with Keller Williams.

Bulk download Closed Opportunities
Would love the ability to bulk download all closed opportunities. At this point we can only do it one by one. At a minimum, would love to see the option to download by each month as a form of backup.

Training Tracker
We need to have a tool in Command MC that helps us connect associates to the courses that we have prescribed for their business and track if they attended the class. To connect the value that Keller Williams offers to the results that the agents are having in their business. We can also help those that are struggling in their business and how we can help them.

Adding a "Custom Reports" button to homepage of new Reports section
With the new update incoming for the Command MC Reports section being categorized broadly, I'd like to suggest that there be a "Custom Reports" button on the home screen of the Reports section. AMCAs and MCAs are consistently using the current "Activity and Custom Reports" button to create reports to find information for awards, monthly stats, or just to get information for individual agents.
Instead of having to search for the function of creating custom reports, it would be good to have it as a button on the home screen of the Reports page for easy access.

Allow Market Centers to Require Certain Vendor Fields be Completed by Agents
If would be nice if Market Center by Market Center, we could require certain Vendor Fields (ie Title, Lender, Home Warranty) be required for Agents to fill-in.
This would help with MSA, JVs, etc. to be sure that we have clear and transparent reporting for our vendor partners and the ability to track the number of transactions we're completing with each partner.121 votes -
Provide a "Reject" Option for Termination Requests
There should be a "reject" options for Termination Requests. We (MCAs) understand that an undo button is probably not possible due to listing attachment. However, a reject button should be available. While this would create a delay in the agents' ability to create a new offer, if agents are following proper timeline procedures, there should be enough time between a cancelled contract and a new offer/commission being submitted to allow for an accept/reject option.

Remove All Checklist Items in Recruit Card
We have agents who have completed the joining portal and full onboarding through the new system, and have left for one reason or another. When they return, their checklist items are all completed and to uncheck them, it needs to be done manually one-by-one. It would be nice to have a Remove/Delete all and then be able to add new checklists incase items have changed on checklists since the associate was here last.

Outside Referral Report
Our state we have B&O tax. We have to put it in the outside referral box currently. We need a report that shows the payee/entity that the outside referral is going to.
Right now with our B&O tax if it is a team it is split up so we have to go through and match them all up for reporting to the state.
