Create a Deduction Summary Report
Create a Deduction Summary Report (MTD or YTD.) We run SEVERAL businesses within our Deductions (Transaction Coordinator, PC Coaching, Local KW Cares, etc.) This report gives us the ability to total those deductions at Month-End rather than after every deposit.

Currently our Market Centers cannot operate efficiently without this report. We have Partnerships that we have built over time and we cannot maintain them if we cannot track our growth numbers together. This needs to happen ASAP.

CRITIACAL....We run deduction reports to see how much an agent has paid to PC program, TCs, local funds, events, etc. and for tax season this is critical to have so the agents can give their deductions to their accountant.

We use deduction reports during tax season to hand out to agents so they have totals paid to various charities, TC's, and MLS fees. We also use this to pull the MLS fees we have paid for reconciliation of particular transactions. Since the MLS fees are grouped in AccountEdge, it's our only resource. Although we could definitely create workarounds for these, it is, yet again, creating more work on the admin and taking away from time we could be spending on servicing our agents.
