MC Sites - Agent Attribution on Listings
Listing agent information is not showing up on any listings viewed through Market Center sites. Though it was explained to me that this functionality is reserved primarily for agent sites (and the regular KW site), I feel it belies the "Your listings, your leads" principle in terms of helping our agents garner more visibility throughout the platform.
Would it be possible at some future point to include agent-attribution on listings at MC sites?

This request is slightly different from other suggestions I found re: the "Local Realty services provided by ..." information.
Can there be a setting we can toggle on so only the agent's MC in the local MLS listings would be shown for the "Local Realty services provided by ..." information? (Maybe using the new Service Areas selections or a different way to designate serviceable areas specific for this.)
When someone is viewing properties on an agent website/app, the "Local Realty services provided by ..." shows other market center locations instead of their own. It does this even when the listing is from their own MC.
When I asked Support about this they explained "the displayed Market Center name is based on two key factors:1. MLS with the Most Listings in View: The system identifies which MLS in the immediate area has the highest number of listings visible on the map or in the search performed.
2. Proximity of the Market Center: Once the MLS is determined, the Market Center closest to the area in view on the map or search is displayed.Even if the listing originates from your office, the attribution may show another Market Center if these criteria are met. Additionally, the "Listing Courtesy Of" section on listing pages pulls data directly from the MLS, which may also contribute to the discrepancy"
I can understand the logic for #1 and #2 if someone is searching/viewing out of town/state properties, but there is a missing piece related to the logic for how the local MC displayed is selected when someone is viewing local properties.
The algorithm should also factor in the agent's MC whose website/app the user is on and is displaying the listings, especially since the MC's are independently owned, when the MCs are in the same competing area, same MLS, and where virtually all of our valley's licensed agents service the entire valley.
I live in an area that has several KW locations, one within minutes of our MC and the other locations in our valley are within 30 minutes. All of the MCs do business within the entire valley and are in the same MLS. Often the "Local" MC shown on the listings is not my MC.
Thank you for the consideration!
