Document Rotation (Orientation). Two (2) items: 1) MC Admins used to be able to rotate documents that were submitted in a landscape orientation and review the upload to approve/return the document. Somewhere along the way, there was an update that causes the system to create a new version of a document when you have to re-orient the document before viewing it now (without a notice). I have since discovered that on multiple occasions, I have corrected the orientation of the form, made notes and returned it only to find out the notes left for the agent were on the 1st version and not the 2nd (system generated) version. I don't understand the necessity to have a system generated version just to rotate a document. Can we request to have that piece of the programming removed? 2) Agents are not able to orient their own forms as they upload them. We do not have one piece of software that allows that. Command? No. DocuSign? No. Both Agents and Admin should both be able to rotate a document without system interference. Thank you!
